The divorce of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard became one of the most scandalous in the past year. Amber accused her husband of physical and verbal abuse, Depp's representatives repeatedly hinted that the girl was overly dramatizing in pursuit of selfish goals. In the end, the stars managed to agree on a more or less peaceful parting. But now the scandalous story has surfaced again.

The premiere of the sequel to the film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is planned soon. When it turned out that Depp played one of the leading roles - the wizard Gellert Grindelwald - fans of "Potteriana" rebelled and bombarded the writer J. K. Rowling with angry posts.

The other day, Rowling decided to answer. And in her address, the writer noted that in preparation for filming, against the background of Johnny's scandalous story, the filmmakers really thought about inviting another actor to the role of Grindelwald. However, in the end, Depp got the role, which Joan, she emphasizes, was glad. “We need to respect agreements between two people who want to protect their privacy. Both of these people expressed a desire to independently figure out their lives, "- added the writer, hinting at the agreement between Depp and Hurd.

But Amber didn't like Rowling's words. The actress posted on Twitter an excerpt from a joint statement with the ex-spouse made after the divorce. “Our relationship was passionate and sometimes explosive, but we were always bound by love. Neither side made false accusations for financial gain. No one had any intention of causing physical or emotional harm. Amber wishes all the best to Johnny and will donate his post-divorce financial contributions to charity,”the statement said.

“It was our joint statement,” Hurd comments on the publication. - Taking certain phrases out of context is simply wrong. But Women always rise. They stay strong. Love, Amber."

Looks like Hurd accuses Rowling of misrepresenting words in order to protect Depp. Secular observers are waiting for the writer's reaction.
