Retreat "Learn to take care of yourself" was created for those who need to replenish energy, understand how to take care of themselves and replace apathy with a thirst for life. It will be possible to escape from the frantic rhythm of the megalopolis and meet yourself in the atmosphere of natural tranquility of the Vozdvyzhenskoye Park Hotel.
The participants of the five-day program together with integrative body-oriented psychologist Ekaterina Primorskaya will be able to find a path to the crushed inner voice, walking along the shady alleys of an old park or climbing to the tops of trees in one of the largest rope towns in the Moscow region, relaxing in a spa or swimming in a pool. The author of the dancing being method has prepared a rich program for the participants.
We unload the body and emotions, use body-oriented practices, acting techniques and elements of dance and movement therapy. We learn to hear ourselves and read our own signals, work with breathing and find the connection between bodily reactions and beliefs that prevent us from relaxing and allowing ourselves to rest.
The first evening meditation will tune the participants to the right wavelength and prepare the receptors of consciousness for the sensations of the taste of energy recovery and correcting imbalances that are reflected on the body and emotional level.
With the help of art therapy, we will find out our own desires and go in search of resources, and practices based on psychodrama and soul motion will help to independently work out the main blocks that do not allow us to stop and enjoy life. Before returning to a hectic life, Ekaterina Primorskaya will conduct a practice for an easy transition to an urban environment with new skills.
The travel program includes an excursion, a coffee break in a friendly networking environment, atmospheric dinners at the Le Dome buffet restaurant, located under a ten-meter dome, and free time.
