But very soon the smile itself disappeared from the face - the main steps and turns require maximum concentration and coordination (especially when a punching bag or an opponent is moving towards you). I practiced the blows with a completely stone face. By the way, sparring on fitness karate is extremely rare - few people want it. So you will leave your workout without bruising. But self-confident and strong - in body and spirit.
