At the end of last month, Italian artist Alexandro Palombo painted the Duchess Kate Middleton and the British Queen Elizabeth II in the style of the characters from the cartoon "The Simpsons".
Now he turned to another royal person - Queen Leticia, portraying her as the heroine of the same animated series. Alexander Palombo added that he painted it in honor of the birthday, which the queen celebrated on September 15th. He said he was inspired by her strength and determination.
In his blog, the artist wrote: "Queen Letizia perfectly represents the ideal of the modern woman: she is strong, determined and always ready to support the solution of important social problems."
In one of the pictures, a Spanish queen in full dress military uniform sits astride a bull, and in another in a pink dress and hat she is walking a small bull on a leash.

“She is fresh, always looks great, and her appearance is far from the usual royal aesthetics. I think it is very important that women like her in our society support ideals like the fight for equality between men and women,”continued Alexandro Palombo.
In addition to her social policy, Queen Letizia is also known for her great sense of style: unlike many princesses and first ladies, she tries to choose clothes only from Spanish designers.
