On September 25, Rustam Mosafir's film "The Runaways" will start at the Russian box office. Filmed in a western genre, rare for domestic cinema, it combines both an author's work and a genre film and dynamic action.

Elizaveta Boyarskaya played the main role in the film - the mute girl Usti. She lives in the taiga and knows her like the back of her hand, so she turns out to be the only one who can save the fugitive convict Pavel (Pyotr Fedorov) from bounty hunters. During the filming, the actress had to "drown" in a swamp, swim in an icy river, wade through forests, fight without an understudy and ride a horse for the first time in her life. It would seem that such a prospect should scare a fragile girl. But Lisa herself volunteered for a difficult role, moreover, she says that she has long been waiting for the opportunity to play just such a character.

The film is set in Siberia in the 20th century. “Working on the film, I wanted to convey that piercing, unimaginable atmosphere of Siberia, the harsh way of people who lived at that time, in which they arranged their life, filled with suffering and joys, sudden love and animal hatred. Initially, I was attracted by the fact that in Siberia, as well as in the Wild West, there were bounty hunters from local men, absolutely ordinary. And it was their job, they lived and fed their families,”says director Rustam Mosafir.

And the drama was filmed in the east of Kazakhstan, not far from Alai. And they filmed at some incredible pace: only 20 shifts in Altai, and then four more in Moscow.

On September 22, the Moscow cinema "Oktyabr" hosted the premiere of "Runaways", which was attended by performers of the main roles Elizaveta Boyarskaya and Pyotr Fedorov, director Rustam Mosafir and producer Renat Davletyarov. Anna Chipovskaya, Zhenya Malakhova, Alexander Oleinikov, Sergei Ginzburg, Dmitry Sharakois, Natalia Lesnikovskaya, Elena Knyazeva, Vyacheslav Manucharov and other celebrities were the first to evaluate the picture.
