The 828-meter, 160-story Burj Khalif tower is not just the tallest building in the world. On the 124th floor, above the At. Mosphere restaurant (atmosphereburjkhalifa.com), there is an observation deck At the Top (an interactive elevator rises there from the lower floor of the Dubai Mall, seven days a week, from 8:30 am to hours in the morning, tickets can also be bought online, all information is at burjkhalifa.ae). At the foot of the tower is another world-class landmark - the largest fountain complex with 6,600 lights and 25 colored spotlights and an impressive surround sound. Dancing and Singing Fountain Shows are held daily at 13:00 and 13:30, and every half hour from 18:00 to 23:00. From the excess of experienced emotions, you will have a real chance to ruin your makeup.

It's worth visiting Dubai, if only for food. The quality of the cuisine and service has been brought to the highest level and continues to improve, setting new standards for the world's top establishments. My choice is Voi Gourmet Restaurant at the Zabeel Saray for Vietnamese-French cuisine from colonial times, Lalezar (ibid.) With Anatolian cuisine and handmade Ottoman frescoes and Lebanese Al Nafoorah (jumeirah.com). Sheikhs love to visit all these places, there are many of them in the Emirates, so it is better to book in advance.
By booking a table by the window of the AT. MOSPHERE restaurant at the top of BURJ KHALIFA, you will get a dizzying view and a space-flavored meal. Or vice versa. Unforgettably. Everything else will seem like a trifle to you.
Visit the Sea Turtle Rehab at MinA'Salam Hotel
For several years now, Jumeirah has been conducting a unique project to rescue giant (recently, for example, local biologists rescued Jade's green turtle, weighing 150 kg) sea turtles. This is a rare species, they are on the verge of extinction. Experts from the Wildlife Protection Office and Burj Al Arab Aquarium, as well as tourists themselves, collect weakened turtles, after which they are washed, cleaned of shells, fattened, if necessary, treated and released back into the sea. Some are equipped with GPRS-type sensors to track their movement (more about the project - seaturtle.org).

The Dubai Mall is the largest shopping center in the world (over 1200 shops, an incredible aquarium, ice rink, amusement park). Showcases and interiors combine cutting edge digital technology with art and fashion (thedubaimall.com). The easiest way to get here is by metro (high-speed, silent, without drivers, with three classes of service) - there are also traffic jams in Dubai, although they look like an endless car dealership of super premium class models.

Become an expert in contemporary art
This year's Art Dubai, the premier contemporary art event in the Middle East and North Africa, will be held at Madinat Jumeirah from March 19-22 (artdubai.ae). Every year, works by leading art galleries from around the world are exhibited here. In addition to the titled Damien Hirst and Yayoi Kusama, there will be many interesting regional artists. This year, the curatorial section is dedicated to Central Asia and the Caucasus - works from the mid-20th century will be selected for the exhibition. Art Dubai is just a part of the Art Week project, which will host exhibitions and lectures at galleries in Al Quz and the Dubai International Financial Center. The fair impresses with its progressiveness, and the audience gathers accordingly.

Dar Al Masyaf Two-storey water villas immersed in greenery and designed by old rich Arab summer houses are a great alternative to glass skyscrapers. You can get to the villas by free taxi boats. Peace and quiet are guaranteed.
Jumeirah Zabeel Saray A hotel on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah will give odds to the palaces of the Ottoman Empire. One 8,000 sqm Talise Ottoman Spa m with three giant hammams worth something! Not to mention four gourmet restaurants, a water park with 30 slides, a large Sindbad kids club, a large sandy beach and service only possible in the Arab world.
Burj Al Arab The legendary seven-star hotel on a small artificial island is a symbol of the Dubai oil boom and ultra-kitsch style. Designed by British architect Tom Wright, the hotel opened in 1999 but remains in the spotlight ever since. It is believed that if you have not dropped in to Burj Al Arab at least to drink an obscenely expensive cocktail in the Skyview Bar at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level, then you have not been to Dubai. His huge two-story suites are very popular with wealthy Chinese - and sheikhs, of course.
