On the largest Greek island there is not a lot of greenery, and hotels that have got bays with the purest emerald water can also be counted on one hand. A private hotel (owned by the Greek Kapsi family) Out of the Blue Capsis has occupied an entire peninsula in the Aegean Sea and built a magnificent botanical garden there. There are several options for accommodation in this garden. There are Crystal Energy and Ruby Red Regal boutique hotels with design rooms, there are suites, maisonettes and private villas with pools, this year the Oh! All-Suite Hotel with Herme`s towels and robes, antiques and paintings by famous Greek artists. There are three beaches, in other places the coast is rocky - it is not boring to swim with a mask, or even better, a crawl along it, to give the losing weight a pleasant physical activity.
Agia Pelagia is a fishing village. This means that those who are losing weight are supplied with fresh fish and lobsters every day (this is healthier than red meat, which raises cholesterol levels in those on a protein diet).

This year, Capsis signed an agreement with the French nutritionist Pierre Ducan, the man according to whose book I Can't Lose Weight, Europe quickly and painlessly puts itself in order. In Moscow, his name is pronounced more often than any other. And everyone admits that in order to start his diet, it would be nice to go to the sea, where they will control you, feed you fresh fish and octopuses and not let you have sweets. A private peninsula is ideal for this purpose. The hotel now employs nutritionist Elizabeth Kuta, who will create a personalized weight loss plan for you (taking into account your health and habits) and will answer all your questions - even when you return home, she will advise you by email so that you do not quit your diet …

There are two "dietary" programs. Both include meals in any of the hotel's restaurants according to Ducan's rules (they will bring you a separate menu), six types of workouts to choose from (simple, Ducan does not recommend overworking) and every day three liters of mineral water in the room and at the table so that you do not forget drink. The second program adds treatments at the Euphori spa (he is the only one in Greece accepted as a member of the Club des Spas de Prestige), where they work on products from the Swiss Valmont brand and the Greek Algoane.

This means that there are hot tubs, three body massages, three seaweed wraps, two lymphatic drainage massages, a hammam and a sauna. The interior is stunning, with Chinese vases, lacquered furnishings and calligraphy on the walls. Masseuse Vicki, who was discharged from Athens, is just a genius. She spares no effort, besides, she owns a chiropractic - during the time that you will lose weight, she will at the same time put your back and joints in order.
Ducan's plan
Pierre Ducant's diet is based on the striking force of proteins, fats and fast carbohydrates are completely excluded, and to maintain digestion, you need to eat oat bran, from which you can bake bread and prepare desserts.
- Stage 1 - Attack. Two to four days. Only proteins.
- Stage 2 - Cruise. Alternating protein days and days when you can eat proteins and vegetables. The number of days in this mode is calculated using the formula: 6 days x the number of extra pounds.
- Stage 3 - Fastening. Previously prohibited products are gradually returning to you.
- Stage 4 - Stabilization. This is a perfectly comfortable meal plan for the future.
Details are in Ducan's book I Can't Lose Weight and on his official websites dukandiet.co.uk and dukandiet.com.
