Dinner in Vanuah Express is a real event for the elite, because only 40 lucky guests from among the guests of Paradiski resorts who bought a ski pass for February 7-14 and registered in the raffle program will be able to get to it. The winners are randomly selected by the computer.
This evening, French chef Stefan Fruadevo will prepare a 5-course menu. the theme of his culinary creativity will be Savoyard cuisine in a modern interpretation. 40 guests will climb into the two cabins of the Vanoise Express cable car at 19.00 - 20 people from each resort. Then both cars will stop at an equal distance of 1 km from the starting points, in the middle of the Ponturen Valley. Especially for this evening, the cable car cabins will be converted into a restaurant hall. There will be tables, chairs, candlesticks and chandeliers in a chic and elegant glamorous baroque style. The famous French designer Castelbajac has been responsible for the unique design of the Vanoise Express cabins for the second year already.
