The filmmakers of "007: SPECTRUM" announced that Mexican actress Stephanie Sigman has been approved for the role of the third girl of James Bond. The name of her character, Estrella, also became known. Other details of the plot are still under wraps.
Stephanie Sigman is one of the last actresses to join the secret agent adventure film crew. The producers of the picture named the performers of most of the roles even before the start of filming. Daniel Craig will return as James Bond. The girls of "agent 007" are Monica Bellucci, she plays Lucia Schiara, as well as French actress Lea Seydoux, who got the role of Dr. Madeleine Swann.
In Bond, there is a tradition according to which three girls appear in each film, with whom the British spy has a romantic relationship. One of them, most often, according to the plot of the film, is to die. However, the performers of the roles of the Bond girls in "007: SPECTRUM" stated that their characters did not quite fit into the classic type.
Filming about the new adventures of the British secret agent has already taken place in Austria and Italy. In Rome, the film crew faced a number of challenges. At first, the production of the picture had to be suspended due to the injury of Daniel Craig. A few days later, the filmmakers moved the schedule again due to problems with permission to shoot in one of the ancient cemeteries. Later, the necessary scenes were still filmed.
The Bond team has already shot in the UK, Austria and Italy, and will later travel to Mexico and Morocco. In addition to Daniel Craig, Monica Bellucci, Lea Seydoux and Stephanie Sigman, Christoph Waltz, Dave Batista, Rife Fiennes, Naomi Harris, Ben Whishaw and Andrew Scott are involved in the new film. The world premiere of 007: SPECTRUM is set for October 23, 2015.
