Hotel and resort complex with an area of over 150 thousand sq. m fully complies with international standards. One medical center is worth something! It is run by the Federal Biomedical Agency, which prepared the Russian national team for the Sochi Olympics. In the medical center you can take a full course of treatment, and in the SPA center you can pamper yourself with all kinds of massages, body wraps and other pleasant body treatments. The resort has its own 300-meter pebble beach, several large swimming pools, four restaurants and a night club. The hotel was designed by British architect Norman Foster, including Wembley Stadium, Millennium Bridge in London and Hong Kong Airport.
In two "petals" there are 7-storey residential buildings, where 408 Deluxe, FamilySuite and ExecutiveSuite rooms can accommodate over 1000 guests. Also on the territory there are 14 detached luxury two- and three-level villas: 196 m2 family and 618 m2 presidential. The rooms have the most modern Premium equipment, including equipment for people with disabilities. The central "petal" of the complex is an outdoor heated pool with a length of over 100 meters.
