Lilia Lyubimova came to astrology after twelve years of consulting practice as a psychologist and four books on relationship psychology. Having learned personally from Pavel Globa, more than 2 years ago she founded a school named after herself and began to teach herself. Now her personal consultations, even by metropolitan standards, are not cheap, which, however, does not bother anyone. It is in the order of things for Lilia that the most intimate secrets are entrusted to her and famous people ask for advice - and make an appointment very early.
A permanent consultant to business sharks and domestic celebrities, now Lilia is in demand by the media: in addition to weekly publications of horoscopes on marieclaire.ru, she maintains a column on Novoye Radio and regularly acts as an expert on television and radio broadcasts.
For all this and not only, for the exciting vicissitudes of life and special merits in such an unusual field for a wide audience, we wanted to acquaint you with her better.
Marie Claire: Lilia, how would you describe yourself, literally in a few words? Lilia Lyubimova is …
Lilia Lyubimova: In a few words, Lilya Lyubimova is an astrologer and psychologist who does not predict the future, but helps to shape it correctly. Because the future does not exist as such, there are lines of probability. After all, if everything was totally defined, it would be boring (laughs).
Lilia, but in general, what is, very specifically, our personal horoscope?
A horoscope is a photograph of fate, a natal chart. There are all talents and abilities, opportunities, all strengths and weaknesses. Even indications that nothing can happen to a person beyond what is not "sealed" in his natal chart. Indications for absolutely everything - from the opportunity to get rich to the level of an oligarch and ending with the quantitative probability of marriage. And, of course, this does not mean at all that a person uses all his capabilities.
Of course, in addition to photographing fate at the moment of birth, there is also genetics and character. It's like temperament: there are people of "decent" temperament, they learn to restrain themselves, and in their hearts they slam doors only, and not … a fist in the eye of the offender. And, for example, someone who was born in a dysfunctional environment will not restrain himself in the desire to hit his opponent with a heavy object on the head … There are such moments, and they are very important.
To be honest, I personally love children's horoscopes the most. A child is still a blank slate. He is not clouded by the "wishlist" of his parents, their vision of life. For example, I had a case - a man comes, he is 50 years old. He has questions about the meaning of life, karma, his purpose - serious questions of a mature person. By profession, by the way, he is an engineer, was born into a family of engineers, but in his horoscope I saw a craving for music, his excellent musical abilities. I told him about it, and he told me: "Yes, you know, I've been like this all my life … Self-taught on the guitar, moonlighting as a toastmaster on holidays, I love it all very much." Of course, a great talent from a person will in any case "break through", but if the parents had been engaged in their son since childhood, he could at least become the conductor of the Bolshoi Symphony Orchestra. It is very disappointing to observe when someone had colossal opportunities,but the parents did not see it in time.
Tell me, what do customers ask for most? What is the most frequent query that almost everyone wants to know?
Of course, this is personal life and money. And I think this is absolutely normal. Don't be shy - we all live in the material world.

As for your personal life … So, it turns out that you give specific answers? For example, is the date of the wedding visible in the horoscope?
Yes, of course, you can see it clearly. Moreover, here, for example, a girl comes, she has two young men, and I can tell her exactly with whom she will be better and why, with whom she will have more successful long-term prospects. I see all this perfectly, this is a forecast for personal life, we are now talking about this.
Here's how it works: For an event to occur, two conditions must match. The first is an external proposal, because if you really want to get married, but you are on a desert island, you yourself understand that the event will not come. The second is an internal desire to accept the event. And then - the realization that, figuratively speaking, one ship is destined to pass by one bay for a certain period, and by some other - ten (this is all, by the way, from the natal chart is also visible). And in the first case, I have to tell the client: "Listen, this is your only ship, you have to board it, otherwise in 20 years you will regret it." After all, an astrologer must also be a psychologist. Ideally, you need to figure out what will be better for this person, promptly, explain. I certainly cannot take someone by the hand and lead to a happy future,but I can suggest the best options that are better to use.
And what else can astrology be so specific? That is, a client comes to you for a personal consultation, you tell him something, and he says “Wow, you can even define that”
Astrologers are very well characterized by a story about "everything in its time." Sometimes, as you know, they went to buy something, but somehow everything does not add up, and the purchase as a result does not please. Astrology is very good at helping to avoid such things. For example, you can simply start buying or selling an apartment at the wrong time. But put it at the right moment for you - and the apartment will leave quickly and without problems. Or, for example, with children … Recently I had a couple who have already made 5 or 6 IVF attempts, and all to no avail, to which even the doctors have already told them that, probably, this is how the stars converged. Doctors! And I see in the horoscope that the couple just a little prematurely began to deal with this issue. People tried to attract what is still too early for them. After all, the arrival of a new soul in this world is really that very, probably, the main magic that we have.
Most often, a question addressed to me begins with the word "when" - and astrology gives the answer.
Lily, is astrology helping you specifically? Do you make your own predictions?
Frankly, for me it’s like a story that a surgeon cannot operate on himself - so I don’t look at my natal chart. In general, it is difficult. It is difficult in the sense that I see the bad immediately and very well, clearly, but I do not pay attention to the good so much, this is by nature (the sign of Scorpio strongly rules in me, if in a smart way). It's like, you know, every good psychologist has his own supervisor. It's the same here, in my opinion.
So you go to another astrologer?
Of course. Well, to Pal Palych (Pavel Globa, ed.). We have been in close contact since the time when I worked as a psychologist (by the way, I was a psychologist by my first education). And it was he who helped me guide myself to develop in astrology, many years ago.
And how often do you seek practical advice from a colleague?
I believe that astrology should not be used often. Of course, there are people who have a very busy social life, who have to make many strategically important decisions every day. I'm talking primarily about serious big businessmen - they really need it.
And such, it turns out, often come to you
Often. As I always say, unfortunately, we cannot name clients, but if we could announce the lists, then the entry to me would cost much more and the queues would be much more (laughs). Because few people publicly admit it …
But even if we turn to the past: people who cannot be called frivolous at all - Indira Gandhi, Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, Winston Churchill - used the services of astrologers. This is a historical fact. Indira Gandhi even predicted the death of her son with an accuracy of almost a few days. And Churchill was predicted that he would come to power after 56 years. These are all facts known to the general public. And what about Stalin, he hid his true date of birth so that other astrologers, in particular the astrologer of the same Churchill, could not calculate it. And also, when he cut his hair (and he was always cut by the only hairdresser), after that all his hair was collected in a bag and handed over to him personally so that no one could spoil it. Just think!The great leader of the world proletariat and the creator of the largest and most powerful totalitarian state was afraid of damage and the evil eye, he collected his hair in a sack!

Well, what then cannot astrology decide? What does everyone really want, but where is astrology unable to help?
Astrology cannot do anything for you. It's like "I won't go to psychologists anymore, these vile charlatans will say that I myself am responsible for my life." Here's the same thing here. Astrology can tell and show the way, but it cannot live your life for you.
How is the success of a horoscope measured? The horoscope of a super successful person, the horoscope of an ordinary person … Where is this line, how is it measured?
You know, there are no good and bad horoscopes, just like there are no good and bad zodiac signs. People just don't use what they could. I would measure "success" not by some points in the horoscope, but by the ability of a person to take what is supposed to him and what will be easier for him. And I do not like to stigmatize personal horoscopes … Maybe, in this or that area, some specific opportunities can be measured, of course. For example, that a person is not destined to become an oligarch, but this is by no means an assessment of the entire horoscope.
But the most important thing is happiness, such a subjective concept. And someone, you know, feels happiness from owning a white Rolls-Royce, while someone embroiders with a cross, gives pillows to friends - and at the same time feels absolutely happy. And my task is to find this very moment in a person's horoscope, to help him find himself in something, to define something for himself.
