
Ingredients:
- Bitter chocolate - 300 g.
- Butter - 200 g.
- Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
- Sugar - 1 stack.
- Wheat flour - 1 stack.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Kiwi - 5 pcs.

Preparation:
- Chocolate, butter and sugar are heated, stirring, in a water bath until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then it is cooled, after which eggs are introduced one by one, while continuing to stir the mass constantly. After that, carefully so as not to form lumps, add flour and baking powder.
- The mixture is placed in a mold greased with butter and baked at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
- Peel the kiwi, cut and grind it in a mixer, add sugar and simmer until thick.
- The cake is cut into rectangular cakes and served in low transparent cups. Decorate the cakes with kiwi mousse and mint leaves.
