Recipe: a few slices of fresh pineapple, 2-3 handfuls of spinach, 3-4 sprigs of celery, half a ripe avocado and a couple of sprigs of mint, pour freshly squeezed juice of one grapefruit. Add half a glass of water and blend in a blender. Sweeten with grape syrup or honey to taste.
Effect: All green smoothies are cleansing. Greens like a sponge absorb toxins and toxins from the intestines and starts the digestion process. This drink also burns fat perfectly: grapefruit contains inositol, which prevents the accumulation of fats in the body and removes toxins from the liver. Pineapple enriches smoothies with bromelain, an enzyme that promotes faster breakdown of proteins and stimulates digestion. Celery is responsible here for regulating the body's water-salt balance and removes excess fluid. Avocado gives a delicate texture, and the combination of spinach with vitamin C is generally ideal, because vitamin C promotes better absorption of iron, which is abundant in spinach.
Recipe: punch half a cup of cranberries, a stalk of celery, a pear, a cucumber and a handful of spinach in a blender, add a tablespoon of grated ginger.
Effect: cranberries have an excellent fat burning effect. Phytocompounds of this berry neutralize the destructive effect of free radicals on the body. To get in shape, include this drink in your diet two to three times a week: drink at lunch or afternoon tea between meals (or replace one of the snacks with it).
For skin beauty
Recipe: a bunch of Romano salad, three stalks of celery, half a cup of chopped spinach, a pear, a banana, a stalk of cilantro and a small bunch of parsley, pour the fresh juice of one apple and the juice of half a lemon. Recipe: half a cup of blueberries, 2-3 peaches, a banana and a handful of kale cabbage, pour almond milk (4-5 tablespoons) and punch in a blender.
Effect: This fragrant peach-berry version, firstly, will speed up the metabolism to burn fat, and secondly, it will help to recover from physical activity. Here blueberries are responsible for the vitamin charge, the peach shares vitamins, the banana saturates with useful carbohydrates and gives a silky texture, and the kale replenishes the reserves of iron and fiber in the body.
To quench your thirst
Recipe: Mix spinach (about 100 grams) with ¼ part of a small melon and two sprigs of mint, add half a glass of water and punch in a blender.
Effect: this is exactly the case when gastronomic pleasure is combined in one drink with benefit. Spinach contains chlorophyll, which gives the body energy (it is also good for teeth and gums), melon gives it a natural sweetness, and mint gives it a piquant flavor.
