Preparation
Put the nori on the makeson, sushi rice on it, turn the sheet of rice over. Next, lay out the Cremette cheese, avocado, fresh cucumber, alternately cut into strips, and wrap the roll with the help of makeson, give it a square shape, put the eel on top, straighten and cut into 6 equal parts. Pour with unagi sauce and peanut sauce. Sprinkle with orange tobiko and sesame seeds.

Sushi rice (cooked)
Preparation
Place the nori on the makeson, spread the sushi rice evenly over it. Next, lay out the fresh cucumber, avocado, Cremette cheese alternately in strips. Wrap with makeson, square, top with salmon fillets cut into strips. Straighten with makeson and cut into 6 pieces. Serve with ginger and wasabi.
Quinoa roll

Tuna
Salmon
Sushi rice (cooked) Quinoa (cooked)
Preparation
Put nori on the makeson and spread the sushi rice evenly over it. Place the strips of tuna, salmon and cucumber fillets, Cremette cheese and boiled quinoa on top of the rice. Wrap with makeson, square and cut into 6 pieces. Serve with ginger and wasabi.
