In spring and summer, you want to eat lightly and correctly, and salads come to the fore in the diet. “Green”, vegetable and fruit, they are seasoned with low-calorie veg-sauces and help to keep weight within limits without problems and without depression caused by a monotonous diet. Alena Zlobina, founder and mastermind of the Taste & Color project, at the request of Marie Claire, shared the recipes for such detox salads.

Ingredients

150 g white cabbage

1-2 carrots

1 beet

1 green apple

1-2 stalks of leaf celery

Greens (dill, parsley, cilantro)

For refueling

1-2 tbsp. l. lemon juice

1-2 tsp. linseed or olive oil

Soy sauce (instead of salt)

Preparation

Chop the cabbage quite finely, cut the beets into strips, chop the celery into cubes. Peel the carrots and grate them on a Korean grater. Cut the apple into small cubes. If you wish, you can add greens, but it is better to chop it finely and make sure that coarse stems do not get into the salad.

Mix lemon juice and oil for dressing. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with the prepared sauce. If you want to add salt to the finished dish, use soy sauce to taste.

½ cup fresh spinach

Medium pickled cucumber

Medium fresh cucumber

½ avocado (peeled)

1 tbsp. l. olive oil

1 tsp soy sauce

Sesame oil

Lemon juice

Seed mix

Preparation

Cut fresh and pickled cucumbers, avocados into thin strips (about 5x3 mm). Tear spinach leaves into small pieces. Mix everything and sprinkle with a mix of seeds. Prepare the dressing: mix a few drops of sesame oil with olive oil, add soy sauce, sprinkle with lemon juice. Season the salad with the resulting sauce and serve.

2-3 broccoli inflorescences

1 avocado

1 bell pepper

1 green apple

½ tbsp. l. sesame seeds

½ tbsp. l. flax seeds

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Preparation

Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes, grind the pepper and broccoli in the same way. Peel the apple and cut into strips. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add flaxseeds and sesame seeds. Prepare the dressing from vegetable oil and lemon juice, season the salad and mix thoroughly (you can add a little salt to taste).

Ingredients

2 cups spinach leaves

2 tbsp l. olive oil

Juice ½ lemon

½ tsp. cayenne pepper

½ carrots (grated)

½ avocado

Fresh cucumber

Preparation

In a separate bowl, combine the spinach and grated carrots. Prepare the sauce in a small bowl: mix olive oil, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. We combine the contents of two containers in one plate. Cut the avocado into slices and spread over the finished salad. Decorate the salad with cucumber rings.

1 large carrot

1 orange

Pumpkin seeds

1 tsp. olive oil

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

2 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp granular mustard

Preparation

The main ingredients ─ carrots and oranges ─ peel and cut into thin cubes (if desired, the orange can not be peeled ─ the zest contains many vitamins). Prepare the sauce: mix olive oil, soy sauce, mustard and balsamic vinegar. Stir the salad, season with ready-made sauce and decorate with pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients

¼ part of a medium head of cabbage (white or purple)

¼ red pepper

¼ yellow pepper

1 carrot

1 avocado

1.5 tbsp. l. lime juice

3 tbsp. l. hemp oil

3 sprigs of cilantro

Flaxseeds

Preparation

Chop the cabbage on a fine grater, cut the red and yellow peppers into small cubes. Cut the avocado into small cubes, and three carrots on a Korean grater. Mix the vegetables and add the cilantro. Cooking the hemp oil and lime juice sauce. Season the salad and mix well. At the end, add hemp seeds - you can sprinkle them on top, or you can mix them with salad.
