Moreover, if, in addition to losing weight, you are pursuing the goal of getting the maximum benefit for the body, you should eat fruits in the morning and before lunch half an hour before meals. This is when your body will receive the maximum amount of vitamins.

Of course, you should eat them raw, however, like vegetables. If you are not attracted to raw unsalted cucumbers, we advise you to make a dressing, which, by the way, is stored for a very long time. Just mix olive oil with different herbs like rosemary or parsley. Celery, cucumber and carrots go well with this dressing, and the benefits of olive oil have long been known to everyone.
