
Toast with fried egg and bacon

Ingredients:
- Chicken egg - 2pcs
- Toast bread - 2 slices
- Butter - 30 gr.
- Raw smoked bacon - 60 gr.
- Tomatoes - 60 gr.
- Salt and black pepper - on the tip of a knife
- Fresh rosemary - 1-2 sprigs
Cooking method:
- Cut the shape of a heart into slices of bread, fry the bread on one side in butter (the pan should be well heated).
- Turn over the slices of bread, drive eggs into the cut out "hearts", bring to readiness.
- Cut the tomato into 4 pieces, grill (or just dry pan) with bacon. Put the toast with egg, tomato slices and bacon into a plate. Season with salt, pepper and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
French toast with honey and cinnamon

Ingredients:
- Toast bread (hearts cut for the previous dish) - 2 pcs.
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- Cream 33% - 50 gr.
- Ground cinnamon - on the tip of a knife
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
- Fresh red currant - 1-2 branches (you can take any other berries - 2-3 pcs.)
- Fresh mint - 1-2 leaves
- Honey - 1-2 tsp.
Cooking method:
- Mix the egg with the cream, add the cinnamon and sugar, beat a little with a whisk.
- Put bread "hearts" in the resulting mixture, let them soak, and then fry in vegetable oil (the pan must be warmed up).
- Put ready toast on a plate, garnish with berries and mint, sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve honey separately.
