The residents of the capital now have an excellent opportunity to enjoy the taste of classic Italian cuisine at the new Gincafe, which is located a little further from the Patriarch's Ponds, in Maly Palashevsky Lane. Legendary brand chef Flavio Biasatti (“Mario”, LaMarée) and no less famous chef Anzur Zalilov (“Mario”, LaMarée) are responsible for the authenticity of the recipes and the quality of the products.

The new location is named after the iconic Italian actress Gina Lollobrigida, who became the country's symbol in the 1950s and 1960s. The atmosphere of Gincafe disposes to a leisurely pastime, whether it be breakfast with aromatic coffee and cheesecakes with fresh blueberries, or a pleasant evening with friends accompanied by classic Italian dishes. The highlight of the cafe is a summer veranda on the roof of the building, from where a wonderful view of the surroundings opens.

However, the main thing in any restaurant is its cuisine, and Gincafe is no exception. Star chefs surprise Moscow gourmets with classic solutions of Italian cuisine. Squid stuffed with shrimp, scallop with porto sauce, risotto with porcini mushrooms, shrimp spaghetti and zucchini in white wine sauce, Sicilian chicken, quail salad, Rosy dorado crudo on shallots, Sicilian chicken, goat shoulder stewed in an oven served in an earthen jug under a lid of dough - even the most sophisticated guest will find something special for themselves here.

In addition to the authenticity of the recipes, brand chef Flavio Biazatti and chef Anzur Zalilov pay great attention to the quality of the products. They personally select vegetables, fish and seafood, meat for those dishes that they will cook for their guests.
