
Frittata with tuna

Ingredients
- 30g canned tuna
- 15 g red onion
- 20 grams of Kenyan beans
- 30 g cherry tomatoes (without core)
- 3 chicken eggs
- 20 g mustard sauce
- Olive oil for frying
- Parsley, dill, cilantro
- Chard
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
We take only the protein from the eggs (200 g), beat, salt, pepper and add half the tomatoes and half the beans there. Fry tuna and onions for 5 minutes, then transfer to a baking dish. Fill with the mixture with eggs, bring in the oven until cooked for 10-15 minutes. Put the frittata on a plate and decorate with all the other ingredients.
Poached egg with asparagus, bacon and cheese sauce

Ingredients
- 30 g toast bread
- 60 gr green asparagus
- 40 g boiled smoked bacon
- 50 gr tomatoes
- 1 chicken egg
- Cheese sauce
- Olive oil for frying
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
All ingredients are prepared separately. Bread is fried in a pan with butter, bacon is grilled. A poached egg is boiled in boiling water. Boil the asparagus in salted water.
When you assemble the dish, add two slices of tomatoes to it.
Oatmeal with green apple

Ingredients
- 75 g of rolled oats
- 150 gr milk
- 100 gr green apples
- Apple chips
- Ground cinnamon
- Butter
- Honey
- Salt
- Sugar
Cooking method
Like any homemade porridge, rolled oats are cooked in milk. When the porridge is ready, fry the diced apple separately in a skillet, add honey and cinnamon for aroma and taste. Decorate the dish with this mixture and apple chips. And, of course, what a porridge without butter!
