
New Year's holidays are ahead, which means that many of us will certainly want to please loved ones and friends with homemade cakes. Pies according to grandmother's secret recipe and pancakes are, of course, wonderful, but in the New Year you want something unusual. Hot coffee flan with raspberry sauce will help to "sweeten" the holidays, and you can practice making it right now, without waiting for December 31st.
Ingredients (for 3 servings)
Raspberry sauce:
- Wine 20 gr
- Fresh raspberries 50 gr
- Granulated sugar 5 gr
- Frozen raspberries 20 gr
Coffee and Chocolate Blend:
- Egg whites 50 gr
- Butter 10 gr
- Ground coffee 5 gr
- Dark chocolate 105 gr
- Flour 35 gr
- Granulated sugar 45 gr
Magdalena cookies:
- Butter 82% 15 gr
- Lemons
- Dry yeast
- Liquid honey
- Flour 15 gr
- Granulated sugar 20 gr
- Ice cream


Preparation
Raspberry sauce:
- Boil all ingredients except raspberries.
- Add raspberries, beat with a blender, filter until puree
Coffee and Chocolate Blend:
- Beat the egg with sugar for 5 minutes. Add flour. Beat.
- Add chocolate and butter whipped separately to the mixture. Combine with coffee. Beat until foamy.
- Put in cups, put in the oven for 8 minutes at t 180.
Magdalena cookies:
- Mix eggs with sugar, add honey halfway and cook until tender.
- Combine flour and yeast, mix well and then add ghee with lemon zest.
- Leave the mass in the refrigerator for 2 hours, pour into molds and put in the oven for 6-7 minutes at 150 degrees.
Place in cups in layers: raspberry sauce, raspberries, a mixture of chocolate and coffee, and then Magdalena cookies and ice cream.
