
Ingredients:

Cabbage roll sauce
- Champignons - 60 gr
- Onions - 10 gr
- Garlic - 6 gr
- Demiglyas sauce - 20 gr
- Wine - 10 gr
- Tomato paste - 15 gr
- Salt - 1 g
- Thyme - 1 g
- Granulated sugar - 1 g
Minced meat for stuffed cabbage
- Pork (neck) - 50g
- Beef - 50g
- Bulb onion - 25g
- Rice - 25 gr
- Salt - 1 g
- Spices - 1gr

Preparation:
- We make minced meat by mixing all the ingredients. Wrap the minced meat in savoy cabbage leaves, pre-boiled, then put the cabbage rolls on steam at a temperature of 100 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
- For the sauce, fry the chopped champignons in olive oil along with onions and garlic, add spices, wine, tomato paste and demiglas sauce, then add chicken broth and bring to readiness.
- Place cabbage rolls on the prepared sauce and sprinkle with chopped dill.
