Take activated charcoal
Choose one that is sold not in pills, but in powder form. Activated carbon will help eliminate toxins before they can harm your body. Mix the powder with water and lemon juice and you have a delicious, but most importantly healthy cocktail.
Eat bone broth
As the name suggests, bone broth is made by boiling animal bones. It is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, but what is especially important for us, bone broth helps the body process toxins and becomes an indispensable aid in the fight against harmful compounds. We also recommend adding carrots, celery, onions and other healthy vegetables to the broth.

Drink chamomile tea before bed
Finishing off the evening with chamomile tea is perhaps one of the best ideas you can think of. Chamomile not only helps with insomnia, but it can also improve food digestion.
Replace sunflower seeds with dill seeds
Sweet with a nutty flavor, they are rich in antioxidants and will complement a salad like seeds. The oils they contain improve digestion and normalize blood sugar balance.

Don't forget about probiotics
Lactobacillus acidophilus improves bowel function and helps in removing toxins from the body. They can be bought at pharmacies and added to various drinks, or eaten in the form of sauerkraut and yogurt.
Do not eat what is sold in canned food or airtight cans
Usually, such products are intended for long-term storage, which means they contain a large amount of preservatives and other additives that do not help cleanse the body. Try to eliminate processed foods from your diet and switch to fresh meats and vegetables.

Eat a lot of spices
Spices such as ginger, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, cumin, and turmeric are true detox heroes. Each of them will work to improve digestion and stimulate detoxification processes in the body. A nice bonus is that they all also help to strengthen the immune system.
