Meat balls with ginger in tomato sauce



Minced pork - 400 g

Ginger root - 1.5 cm

Onions - ¼

Green onions - 2 feathers

Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons

Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1 tsp

Starch - 2 tablespoons

Olive oil - 1 tsp

Water - 2 tbsp.

Italian herbs - 1 tsp

Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp

Cooking method:

  1. Mix the minced meat with grated ginger, finely chopped onions and green onions, 1 tbsp. sugar, salt, starch and olive oil.
  2. Knead the minced meat well and form into balls.
  3. Fry the meat balls.
  4. Put tomato paste in a frying pan, 1 tbsp. sugar, Italian herbs and water. Cook until thickened for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Put vinegar and meat balls in the sauce. Simmer for about 1 minute.

Crispy pasta with cheese



Pasta - 500 g

Cheddar cheese - 100 g

Parmesan cheese - 50 g

Low fat yogurt - 70 g

Breadcrumbs - 50 g

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Garlic - 2 cloves

Onions - ¼

Dry mustard - 0.5 tsp

Pepper - a pinch

Cooking method:

  1. Boil pasta in salted water.
  2. Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in a separate saucepan with pepper.
  3. Grate the cheddar and parmesan cheese and add to the pan with the onions and garlic until melted.
  4. Remove the cheese mixture from the heat and place the yogurt in a saucepan. Add ready-made pasta there, mix.
  5. Lightly salt the pasta and top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Put the pasta in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes.

Baked salmon with rice and brussels sprouts



Salmon fillet - 4 pcs.

Brussels sprouts - 300 g

Rice - 2 tbsp.

Classic yogurt - 0.5 tbsp.

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Ground cumin - 0.5 tsp

Ground chili - 0.5 tsp

Salt - 2 tsp

Lemon juice - 2 tsp

Cooking method:

  1. Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet, also oiled. Sprinkle half of the salt, pepper and cumin mixture on top.
  2. Send the fillet to the oven, preheated to 160 degrees. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Boil the rice in salted water and boil the Brussels sprouts separately.
  4. Mix the remaining spice mixture with yogurt and lemon juice.
  5. Serve the salmon fillet with rice, cabbage and separately lemon-yogurt sauce.

Pasta with vegetables



Spaghetti - 200 g

Eggplant - 150 g

Tomato - 3 pcs.

Garlic - 3 cloves

Bulgarian pepper - ½

Salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Chop the vegetables, put in a baking dish, greased with olive oil. Send to bake in the oven, preheated to 150 degrees, for 20 minutes.
  2. Boil spaghetti in salted water.
  3. Mix the prepared vegetables with the pasta.
