The first rule of the "Breakfast" club: as you start the morning, so you will spend the day. Oatmeal on the water, maybe, will save the figure from extra centimeters, but it will definitely not add joy. Already on the weekend, you can forget about diets and indulge in all the gastronomic difficult. The perfect solution for Saturday mornings is a fancy, but low-energy fried egg. Cook it for a couple of minutes, and a charge of vivacity and joy is provided for the whole day. In addition, the yolk is rich in vitamins D and B12, as well as selenium and choline, it provides the body with additional protein, which allows you to experience less hunger during the day. So eggs for breakfast are a great option.
