
Drinks prepared according to the exclusive recipe of Pavel Erofeev, baristas of MIKO Premium Tastes and Jura will help to make changes to the usual menu. Recipes are based on 2 servings. The optimal grinding for cooking in a French press is coarse; for cooking in a Turk, the finest coffee is used, literally ground into dust.
"Snowy" latte

Ingredients:
- Milk - 100 ml;
- Espresso - 2 cups (100 ml)
- Vanilla syrup - 40 ml;
- Marshmallow - 50 g;
- Whipped cream - 40 g.




Prepare two cups of espresso with fresh beans. Pour the syrup into the bottom of the glass. Pour the brewed espresso into the glasses. Garnish with a whipped cream hat and sprinkle the marshmallows over it.
Orange Juice Coffee

Ingredients:
- ground coffee - 4 tsp;
- hot water - 200 ml;
- orange juice - 100 ml;
- cinnamon, cloves - to taste;
- orange slices - decoration.



Pour the ground coffee and spices with hot water (95-100 C) in a French press. Pour orange juice into preheated glasses. After 4-5 minutes, pour the coffee into the glasses. Decorate the glasses with orange wedges and cinnamon.
Coffee with pepper and ice cream

Ingredients:
- ground coffee - 4 tsp;
- hot water - 300 ml;
- red pepper, ground - 1/8 tsp. (or on the tip of a knife);
- ice cream (ice cream) - 100 g;
- pod of red pepper - decoration.



Pour hot water over ground coffee with red pepper in a French press for 4-5 minutes. Put 50 g ice cream in glasses. Pour the brewed coffee into the glasses. Garnish each glass with a red pepper pod.
