
A milkshake is not considered the healthiest dish, as sweet syrups and fatty dairy products are often used for its preparation. However, this treat can be easily made at home using only ingredients that fit into your diet. Milk shakes with fresh berries, cocktails based on coconut milk and drinks with the addition of ice cream - we share a variety of recipes, among which everyone will find the perfect option for themselves.
Milkshake with berries for breakfast

Ingredients:
- Strawberry 75 g
- Blueberries 75 g
- Oat flakes 20 g
- Milk 350 ml
- Honey 2 tsp
Cooking method:
Wash the berries and send to a blender, add half of the oatmeal to the same place, pour milk and honey, beat the cocktail at maximum speed and serve for breakfast, garnish with the remaining cereals.
Banana Milkshake

Ingredients:
- Milk 200 ml
- Banana 2 pcs.
- Sundae 2 tbsp. l.
- Mint
Cooking method:
Cut bananas into arbitrary slices, send to the mixer. Add milk and ice cream there, beat well at maximum speed. Serve in tall glasses or garnish with a sprig of mint, grated almonds, or fresh strawberries if desired.
Milk and coffee cocktail with coconut milk

Ingredients:
- Espresso 1 small cup
- Coconut milk 200 ml
- Vanilla sugar to taste
- Cinnamon
- Coconut flakes for decoration
Cooking method:
Beat coconut milk and espresso in a mixer, add vanilla sugar and cinnamon, beat the mixture again. Afterwards, pour the cocktail into glasses and sprinkle with coconut. If desired, the shavings can be replaced with grated almonds or other chopped nuts.
Milkshake with creamy rice milk ice cream

Ingredients:
- Rice milk 200 ml
- Creamy ice cream 4 tbsp. l.
- Fresh berries 75 g
- Almonds 30 g
- Mint
Cooking method:
Poison the almonds and berries into the mixer bowl, chop at high speed. Then pour rice milk into the container, add ice cream and beat until the mixture becomes airy. Serve in bowls with a sprig of mint.
Indian avocado lassi milkshake

Ingredients:
- Milk 200 ml
- Cream 10% 50 ml
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Red onion 1 pc.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lime juice 1 tsp
- Cane sugar 1 tsp
- Parsley
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
Cooking method:
First you need to wash and dry all food. Then cut the avocado and spoon out the pulp, chop the onion and garlic at random, chop the parsley. Send the ingredients to the mixer bowl, pour milk, cream there, add salt, ground black pepper to taste, also sprinkle the contents with lime juice and beat until smooth.
Pour the finished cocktail into glasses and garnish with lime zest - it is important to use only the green part of the peel to avoid bitterness (read also: 5 kitchen secrets you might not know about (or doubted their veracity)).
Chocolate milkshake

Ingredients:
- Milk 200 ml
- Chocolate ice cream 5 tbsp. l.
- Dark chocolate 10 g
- Hazelnut 15 g
Cooking method:
Grind the hazelnuts, mix milk, chocolate ice cream and nuts in a mixer. Beat until foamy. Then grate dark chocolate on a fine grater, pour the cocktail into glasses and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Pumpkin milkshake

Ingredients:
- Milk 200 ml
- Pumpkin pulp 100 g
- Sundae 2 tbsp. l.
- Cinnamon to taste
Cooking method:
First you need to boil the pumpkin and make mashed potatoes from the pulp - for this you can use a hand blender or mash the pumpkin with a fork. Then send the puree to the mixer bowl, pour milk there, add ice cream and a little cinnamon. Beat on high speed, pour into glasses. Sprinkle the finished cocktail with the remains of ground cinnamon; you can also decorate the cocktail with cinnamon sticks.
