Ingredients:
- 1 layer of shortcrust pastry
- 1 tomato
- 70 g hard cheese
- 2 slices of ham
- 1 egg
- 1 green onion feather
- 50 ml milk
- a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- a pinch of sea salt
Cooking method:
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
- Cut the tomato into small cubes, season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the ham into cubes too.
- Chop green onions diagonally.
- Grate cheese and stir with tomatoes, onions and ham.
- From the dough, cut circles of a slightly larger diameter than the baking dish.
- Place the dough in the molds, form the sides and spread the filling evenly.
- Beat the egg with milk and pour into molds for the filling.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.
Julia Vysotskaya's secret: Instead of ham, you can take boiled pork, lard with meat layers or bacon.

Ingredients:
- 2 large slices of bread
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 1 tomato

100 g thinly sliced bacon
- 2-3 gherkins
- a few lettuce leaves
- 2-3 sprigs of thyme
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil
- a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- a pinch of sea salt
For refueling:
- 2-3 teaspoons of natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- a pinch of sea salt
Cooking method:
- Place the chicken meat between two layers of cling film and beat off.
- Peel the garlic, crush the flat side of a knife and chop finely.
- Season the fillet with salt and pepper, sprinkle with thyme leaves, drizzle with olive oil and top with garlic. Fold the fillet in half and let it marinate.
- Heat a grill pan or any heavy skillet and fry the bacon on both sides until golden brown, then transfer it to a paper towel to remove excess fat.
- In the pan where the bacon was fried, put the chicken fillet and fry for 4–5 minutes on each side.
- Cut the tomato into half a centimeter thick circles.
- Prepare the dressing: combine yogurt and mustard, salt, pepper and stir.
- Cut the chicken into long strips.
- Dry the bread in a toaster.

Grease the toast with some of the dressing, put lettuce leaves, tomato mugs, chicken on them, pour over the remaining dressing, and put the bacon on top.
- Cut the gherkins lengthwise and place on top of the tartin.
Julia Vysotskaya's secret: If you like garlic - feel free to add it to the dressing!
Almond Cream Rice with Berries

Ingredients:
- 1 cup round grain rice
- 100 g of any berries
- a handful of almonds
- 700 ml milk
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of brown sugar
Cooking method:
- Pour rice with a glass of water and put on fire for 10 minutes.
- Pour in milk, cream, add sugar, stir and leave to cook.
- Grind the almonds in a blender.
- Add almonds to rice with milk, stir. Cook the porridge, stirring occasionally, for about 10 more minutes.
- Put the prepared porridge on the plates, garnish with berries.
Julia Vysotskaya's secret: Rice must be stirred during cooking, then it will have a wonderful silky texture, like risotto. I sometimes serve such porridge in a tea or coffee cup - it looks very original! You can also garnish the rice with chocolate or sprinkle with almond flakes.
