Cooking method:

Put ice cubes into a shaker (2/3 glasses), pour Seedlip 108 (Herbal), plum syrup and lemongrass syrup. We take lemon and orange, squeeze the juice and add to the shaker. Add two drops of Tabasco sauce. Shake everything for 15-30 seconds. Pour the cocktail into a chilled rock glass and decorate with a fresh sage leaf.

  • Seedlip 94 (Aromatic) - 40 ml
  • Fresh orange and lemon - 20 ml
  • Pomegranate juice - 50 ml
  • Pomegranate syrup - 50 ml

* When served, the cocktail is decorated with an ice pomegranate ball and a rose petal.

Cooking method:

Put ice cubes into a shaker (2/3 glasses), pour Seedlip 94 (Aromatic). We take lemon and orange, squeeze the juice and add to the shaker. Add pomegranate juice there (you can buy it, the main thing is in a glass bottle) and pomegranate syrup. Shake everything in a shaker for 15 seconds. Put an ice ball of pomegranate juice in a chilled rock-shaped glass (you can freeze pomegranate juice overnight in an ice mold). Quickly pour the contents of the shaker into a glass and decorate with a tea rose petal.

Ingredients:

  • Seedlip 42 (Citrus) - 35 ml
  • Marmalade syrup (apple and apricot) - 50 ml
  • Fresh orange - 10 ml
  • Soda - 10 ml

Cooking method:

First, prepare the marmalade syrup. Knead 320 g of natural apple marmalade in a saucepan, add 400 ml of water and bring everything to a homogeneous mass for 15 minutes over low heat.

Preparing a cocktail. All ingredients, including crushed ice, are added to the shaker. Shake for 15 seconds. Pour the cocktail into a chilled flute glass.

  • Pomegranate juice - 15 ml
  • Cream (10-11%) - 10 ml
  • Syrup "Grenadine" - 35 ml

* When serving, the cocktail is decorated with a cube of vanilla ice cream and a sprig of rosemary.

Cooking method:

For a cocktail, you need to prepare a Marigold glass by placing it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

We take a shaker, put ice cubes or crushed ice into it (2/3 glasses), pour pomegranate juice, cream and Grenadine syrup. Shake all ingredients in a shaker for 15 seconds. Pour the cocktail into a chilled Marigold glass, decorate with a cube of vanilla ice cream and a sprig of rosemary. For greater effect, you can attach a bag of powdered sugar to the glass with a mini-clothespin.

PS All cocktails can be made with crushed ice. Making it at home is very simple. To do this, pieces of ice must be placed between two linen towels and crushed as small as possible with a meat hammer or rolling pin. Add crushed ice to the shaker.
