I can't imagine my life full of business trips without a white bag of food that is brought to you right at the gate. This is a high-quality and tasty in-flight catering service that has been available to everyone who travels from Sheremetyevo Airport for a year now.
Aeromenu's idea is simple - just such a product was missing on the market. For example, I very rarely eat what is served on airplanes. I would like something more useful and, of course, varied. So our project was born out of an elementary need for quality food. The chef of the project, Zakhar Ivanchenko, took into account almost everything: the interests of vegetarians, adherents of a healthy lifestyle, children. Of course, we also included absolutely win-win, most popular positions from our restaurants. It is also very simple to order an Aeromenu on a flight - you can do it in a mobile application or on a website, and pay - even with Aeroflot miles.
When ordering, you must specify the departure time, flight number and gate, and then delicious dishes made from fresh products in our kitchen at Sheremetyevo will be delivered right to the gate.
The most popular position is bruschetta with salmon; in sales it leads by a wide margin. I tried almost everything, and in the end I opted for this set: a bowl with chickpeas, goat cheese and baked beets from the How to Green menu from Sasha Novikova, and coconut milk pudding with chia seeds and berries. This pudding has become one of my favorite desserts in general (you can also try it in our Klevo restaurant). I sometimes even order it home upon arrival from travel or business trips - "order upon arrival", by the way, is also a very convenient function available in Aeromenu.
A year after launch, it is clear that we hit the mark. The interest of travelers in the service is growing - and Instagram works for this, but even more efficiently - the most trusted source is word of mouth. Our next stage is the launch of Aeromenu at all Moscow airports.
