At the beginning of this spring, Pax, Zakhara, Shiloh and Knox voiced the characters of the cartoon "Kung Fu Panda 3". Jolie herself also took part in the dubbing - she played the role of the Master of the Tigress. According to Jolie, the plot of the cartoon overlaps with the fate of Pax and Zakhara, who were adopted by the star couple. In the third part of the animated film, Panda Po finally meets his own father. Angelina Jolie is sure that parents need to be loved by anyone, even if they once committed an unseemly act: it is quite possible that the tragedy did not happen at all by their will.

Visited refugees in Lebanon

Angelina Jolie, as you know, is actively involved in social activities, trying to quickly come to the aid of all those who need her: since 2001, she has been regularly in refugee camps around the world. In particular, the actress is worried about the situation in Syria: a huge number of civilians were forced to leave their homes to avoid death. Contrary to public opinion, not everyone left the Middle East, the majority did not have such an opportunity, entire families tried to hide from the war in neighboring countries and it is they who need support more than others, Jolie said. In March, she visited a Syrian refugee camp in Lebanon. The country is home to a million Syrians fleeing the war. This is equivalent to about a quarter of that country's own population. As the actress emphasized, the number of refugees in the world is higher today,than during the Second World War. However, Jolie communicated not only with high-ranking officials, but also with ordinary people. For each she found words of support and encouragement.

At the end of March, Angelina managed to visit another country to communicate with migrants from the Middle East. This time, Jolie went to Greece, which for several months has been considered a focus of refugees. And again, Jolie hurried to ordinary people to ask them about pressing problems. I must say that people who have existed for a long time in monstrous conditions did not even immediately understand who exactly was in front of them, and after a sudden inspiration they rushed to the star, so that if not take a picture, then at least touch it. As a result, Angelina Jolie had to personally convince people to step back so as not to endanger the children who were here.

Completed filming of her film "First They Killed My Father"

The star worked on the film, which Angelina calls the main project of her life, for about three months, and in March she finally completed filming. Jolie co-authored the film with her adopted son Maddox. The screenplay was based on Lung Ang's memoir First They Killed My Father: Memories of a Cambodian Daughter, about the plight of Cambodians at the hands of the Khmer Rouge. The news turned out to be pleasant, but unexpected, because in 2014, Jolie answered questions about the sequel with some hesitation, saying that she so enjoyed the process of working on the first film, so much he, in her opinion,turned out beautiful and almost flawless, which she strongly doubts about the possibility of giving magic for an encore. Not to mention the fact that the actress is, in principle, extremely negative about the sequels.

For quite a long time, Angelina Jolie has been the UN Goodwill Ambassador. The actress is not afraid to talk about difficult topics and uses her fame and popularity to draw attention to the problems of humanity. In April, during her trip to the Netherlands, Jolie spoke out on behalf of victims of war crimes. The celebrity took part in a meeting of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, where she discussed options for helping victims of war crimes, as well as victims of sexual and gender-based violence. During her trip, the actress met with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, with whom Jolie discussed the situation of people in Syria and other equally important topics.

It is not by chance that Jolie takes such participation in the lives of those who were forced to leave their native lands because of the war. Humanitarian work helped Angelina find three children. Her eldest son Maddox, whom the actress adopted in Cambodia, was born in a refugee shelter. Daughter Zahara Jolie met in Ethiopia,where she was also on a humanitarian mission. Son Pax Tien was adopted by Angelina in Vietnam.
