Leaving the master's office after the pedicure procedure, I want the legs to remain beautiful and well-groomed as long as possible. For a while, it is not difficult to independently maintain them in excellent condition. First, nourish the skin of the feet, like the skin of the hands, with a cream daily. Secondly, use a scrub once or twice a week (and use masks if possible). We have already talked about why this should be done. Third, treat the cuticle area with a special oil or moisturizer.

Such care will help to hold out until the next visit to the master, which is better not to postpone longer than 2-3 weeks after the previous one. During this period, nails have time to grow, and even if the coating is in perfect order, the border of application becomes noticeable. In addition, ordinary varnish is not recommended to be worn for too long (it can significantly harm the nail plate) - it must be periodically renewed.
Planning a pedicure, or what you need to think about

Length
Recently, the beauty world has been tending towards naturalness, and now the trend is the minimum length of nails. It is especially relevant for pedicure, as it is both practical and aesthetic.
The form
The preferred one is a "soft" square or a wide oval (and it is not recommended to round the corners too much, otherwise the problem of an ingrown toenail may manifest itself).
Coating
In a pedicure, the coating holds much better than in a manicure, so the choice of "regular varnish or persistent" depends solely on personal preference. The so-called “long-wear” varnishes are gaining popularity: they last longer than standard versions, and are not inferior in gloss to gel varnishes (while applied without using a lamp). Nevertheless, for a vacation on the seaside, the best option would be gel polish: it is more "tolerant" to the effects of sea water, sand and sun. Also, especially for relaxation, you should not make a volumetric design (give up rhinestones and beads!) - it too may not withstand resort conditions.
Design

It has long been out of fashion to make absolutely the same coating on hands and feet: in a progressive nail environment, this is considered the "last century". The same applies to manicure and pedicure designs, which should not be repeated one-to-one, but may well overlap and complement each other. Glitter, rhinestones, graphic patterns and gradients are welcome in pedicure this summer. Highlighting the well with a contrasting shade is still popular. A classic jacket can be made more interesting and expressive using bright colors.
Ask the master to combine several trends in one design: for example, to make a hole decorated with rhinestones, or to paint a French “smile” with sparkles.
Color

In the SS 17 season, which is gradually coming to an end, the most fashionable shades are pink, blue, mint, yellow, orange and red. When choosing a monochrome pedicure, you can diversify it with several colors - this trend is still relevant. Universal nude shades are in trend: they go especially well with tanning, and also serve as an excellent background for design execution, favorably shading and emphasizing it.
