Almost all brands presented seasonal limited collections, and we, a little tired of summer minimalism, with redoubled joy and energy begin to master the latest fashion trends of make-up. Here are seven that definitely deserve your attention.
Black eyes (non-trivial)
Only a complete layman in makeup will call black eyes a new trend - the love of makeup artists for black is too great. Every year we are offered more and more new means, even "blacker" than the old ones, and detailed instructions for their use. “You don’t have to try to be Miss Perfection,” says Tom Peshaux, who was responsible for the eyes of Balmain, Elie Saab and Saint Laurent on the FW 17/18 catwalks. - Even complete negligence is boring. Be unique. Rebel. " This can be done in different ways. Someone, looking at such a disgrace, will remember Kate Moss's exuberant youth, someone will refresh the memory of the image of Marla Singer from Fight Club. The main thing is that a large amount of deep black and as sloppy shading as possible (or even without it at all) guarantee a superstar look.
Ultra long eyelashes (lower)
Everything is simple here: put emphasis. You can act in three ways: paint only the lower ones (daytime version), paint the lower ones more intensively than the upper ones - in two or three layers (daytime version for the bold or evening - for less decisive ones) or glue artificial ones. A special chic - fluffy "spider paws" with almost complete absence of makeup on the eyes (concealer and base against oily sheen are not considered). Note that false eyelashes are required to fully match the image of baby Twiggy. Colorblocking
"Now more than when you enjoy the color in your makeup," advises the star Pat McGrath. Makeup artists combine colors this fall selflessly and tastefully: blue plus orange, pink plus yellow. While some of the runway swatches may be too fantastic for real life, a few options are quite adequate for everyday makeup (for example, a dense smudge of fuction color and two-tone eyeliner). Do not forget about the main rules of color blocking - contrasts, a clear outline and a visible border between shades, if there are several of them (finally, take a break from shading) and stock up on a primer - the coating should be very rich in color and “long-lasting”.
Graphic liner
Sharp lines are still trending. Semicircular or clear rectangular, in the autumn-winter 17/18 season they seem to go crazy: they are applied high on the upper eyelid, disguised as artistic strokes (the full feeling that you painted over the eyelid with highly pigmented shadows, and then erased half of it with a cotton swab) and playfully bifurcate at the ends.
Pastel
All the tenderness of the pastel scale remains with us to brighten up the severity of autumn everyday life: lilac, coral, blue, pink, yellow. Matte pastel shadows are good with low pigmentation, so use them in the area of the moving eyelid as you like - in the corners, over the entire surface, near the eyebrows. It will still be cute and sweet.
Smoky eyes (update)
World makeup artists have again updated the unforgettable "Smokey Ice", bringing them to a new level. It is called "whatever you want." Apply divine black and blend-blend-blend only in the corners of the eyes, rely on a clearer graphic version, minimally blurring the borders, or stretch the color almost to the eyebrows. Play with metallic - good, all noble brands have replenished their autumn "limits" with new sparkling palettes.
Naked look
Makeup without makeup continues to reign on the catwalks. Remarks of 2017: no strobing (let only the eyes shine), carefully, but not elaborately worked out eyebrows, moisturizing lip balm. A white base for mascara (or a caring serum) is a must have for those who want to highlight the unstable.
Madness
It is unnecessary to give recommendations here, these makeup options look so fantastic and futuristic. We suggest you just get inspired (for example, a predatory "tribal" face painting in the spirit of Fenty x Pumby Rihann or a fantasy world view from Maison Margiela), and on occasion try to repeat a couple of individual elements. After all, Halloween is just around the corner - why not?
