Vic: When you go out on the slope after a long break, take care of yourself ─ do not hesitate to do a full warm-up to prepare your joints, knees and back. After a long break, start with simpler trails: let them not immediately cause the long-awaited surge of adrenaline, but they will prepare your body for a harmonious entry into the snow season.
