Don't be confused by the fact that you have already heard the name "Aura" in connection with the House of Mugler. 12 years before this launch, a bottle with this name was released as part of a beautiful limited collection of Le Parfum - there were 15 fragrances in a wardrobe trunk, and the powdery-musky “Aura” suggested playing in layering, combining it with other fragrances. Now we are talking about a completely different "liquid".
Get ready to explore and fall in love - but not from the first zip. Because first you have to break the mold and listen. This scent will definitely have its own haters, but just as gradually around this flanker in the form of an emerald heart, an army of its own adepts will be formed. Woody and green, tart and spicy, sour and sweet at the same time - how is that even possible?
AurMugler is a paradox aroma, the key ingredients of which are rhubarb leaves (here's the sour astringency for you), orange blossom, bourbon vanilla … This ends the list of familiar names. And then there is a note of "tiger liana" and a woody wolfwood accord. It is pointless to consult a directory of herbs and plants. Both ingredients are the product of human genius, artificially created chemical compounds. It is difficult to describe in a few words what the note of "tiger liana" is like, because it somehow combines smoke, vetiver and almonds with a very light taste of burnt sugar on it. It is better to hear it once with your own nose than to read it five times, you must agree. Wolfwood is another pride of chemists, and everything is complicated with him too. It is somewhere on the verge between woody and leather notes, a little cedar, a little animalistic,slightly powdery, delicate, but at the same time persistent.
One single piece of advice: if you dare to get to know "Aura" better, offer him your wrist, not a paper blotter. And before he turns his nose away, give the scent time to unfold. Believe me, he will surprise you. They say that it is especially beautiful in spring in rainy weather. Spring is coming. Let's try.
