The main thing is to have training in principle. If I only devote five days a week or less to them, I will quickly lose my form."

Jennifer has developed an effective fitness program for herself with the help of personal trainer Mandy Ingber. Thanks to the loads on different muscle groups, the actress looks amazing. By the way, the star is not very sympathetic to the term "diet": she considers it too exaggerated in relation to the daily diet. “My day always starts with a glass of warm clean water with lemon, and the principle of my nutrition is 40-30-30,” says the actress. - This means that a day I eat 40% carbohydrates and 30% protein and fat. My main diet is 40% fruits and vegetables, 30% turkey and chicken, 30% avocado, fish and olive oil. I can eat a few toasts with boiled eggs and avocado or millet porridge with almond milk a day. It tells what the body needs for harmony and emotional well-being, and in what quantity.
