It seems that time has no power over Jennifer Aniston. Almost a quarter of a century has passed since the TV series Friends came out, and the actress is on the verge of her 50th birthday. However, she still looks young and attractive, and Hollywood unanimously recognizes the star as one of the few owners of natural beauty and body without the intervention of plastic surgeons. Jennifer's anti-aging life hacks are commented by psychologist and body coach Polina Maksimova.
Sport occupies one of the honorable first places in Aniston's life: she devotes several hours to training six days a week. However, in order to make time for full-fledged fitness in her busy schedule, the star often has to get up very early - at 5 am, but the game is worth the candle. “First of all, I do cardio for 40 minutes - it's a run, an ellipse,” says Aniston. - After warming up, I start strength exercises and my favorite asanas - yoga is very useful for both body beauty and emotional tone (read also "Yoga for weight loss: 5 basic asanas"). Once every seven days I choose Pilates and three to four times a week ─ the pool. With the help of dumbbells (3 kg), I maintain the elasticity of the muscle tissue of the arms, and before bed I do gymnastics right next to the bed. During the tour, it is not always possible to get to the gym,to do strength or cardio exercises, and an outdoor pool is not always available. Therefore, I am not following a rigid plan. The main thing is to have training in principle. If I only devote five days a week or less to them, I will quickly lose my form."

Jennifer has developed an effective fitness program for herself with the help of personal trainer Mandy Ingber. Thanks to the loads on different muscle groups, the actress looks amazing. However, everyone has their own expectations for fitness. Someone wants to lose weight (then an emphasis on cardio is needed), someone tightens up (more strength exercises are required), someone needs flexibility (attention to stretching), and someone focuses on unstressed exercises (swimming and Pilates are ideal here).
The approach to training is purely individual, it cannot be said that the Aniston complex is universal for everyone. But one thing is definitely worth taking into account - it is the regularity of exercise. To feel good, maintain health and maintain a lean figure requires muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance. Functional training and exercise without being tied to the gym is perhaps the best option. Anything at hand can become a simulator - even a park bench. It is suitable for planks, and for push-ups, and for lunges, and for other gymnastic exercises. In physical activity, the main thing is variability, safety and consistency.
A healthy lifestyle, according to Jennifer Aniston, is primarily about proper nutrition. By the way, the star is not very sympathetic to the term "diet": she considers it too exaggerated in relation to the daily diet. “My day always starts with a glass of warm clean water with lemon, and the principle of my nutrition is 40-30-30,” says the actress. - This means that a day I eat 40% carbohydrates and 30% protein and fat. My main diet is 40% fruits and vegetables, 30% turkey and chicken, 30% avocado, fish and olive oil. The portions are small, with the addition of seasonings and lemon juice to help my body produce its own collagen. I love the banana, blueberry, cherry, lettuce, cucumber, greens, flaxseed smoothies. I can eat a few toasts with boiled eggs and avocado or millet porridge with almond milk a day. For breakfast I like fruit or vegetable smoothies, as well as bread fried in olive oil, with cheese and jam. For lunch I prefer vegetable puree soup with a couple of salads, and for dinner I prefer chicken or fish with beans or lentils plus fresh vegetables (in detail about a healthy diet - "10 foods that all nutritionists recommend").

Diet really has little to do with a healthy lifestyle ─ here I am with Jennifer in solidarity. Diet restrictions slow down the metabolism and include a regime for saving fat and calories in the body. Against this background, the kilograms return many times faster, as soon as a person returns to the usual menu. In addition, according to the conviction of psychologists, diet negatively affects eating behavior - there is an obsession with food. Proper nutrition is a system, as Aniston demonstrates to us, the conscious choice of a certain diet, in which there is absolute trust between the individual and the body. It tells what the body needs for harmony and emotional well-being, and in what quantity. The main thing is to avoid extremes, when the tightening of the nuts is replaced by “zagor” in the most literal sense of the word.
Fitness fitness, but Aniston discovered a real sport ─ took up boxing. “I do not plan to enter the professional ring and compete with venerable boxers,” the actress laughs. - Boxing for me is just a successful compilation of the simultaneous work of the brain and body and a way to release negative emotions. You can say that I mentally release adrenaline to fight the shit that accumulates in me against my will, thanks to what I see and hear every day. Especially when there is a physical desire to deal with someone. Sparring with a pear gives me the right outlet for everything that boils. " Aniston boxing once a week, replacing Pilates.

I support Jennifer Aniston: I myself have been engaged in Thai boxing for a whole year. I will not recommend everyone to urgently run into the ring, but from the point of view of psychological health, martial arts allow you to direct stress hormones in the right direction and pump determination and dedication. It is worth starting from individual interests.
Socialization may be important for someone, in this case team games are suitable - football, basketball, hockey, volleyball (besides the benefits of communication, this is also cardio load). Someone will give preference to martial arts - this is an opportunity to throw out all negative emotions, increase stress resistance and restore hormonal levels. Running is also a great opportunity to relieve the burden of accumulated psychological discomfort and re-believe in yourself. Any sports area is very useful for keeping fit, especially when a person wants to lose weight. It is important to follow your own interests so that engaging in this or that sport, first of all, brings pleasure.
