Let's start with well-known truths: nutrition and improper drinking regime will be reflected on the face, despite the most expensive care products and cosmetic procedures. First of all, exclude from the diet foods that retain liquid (salty, smoked, spicy), and drink enough water - the norm is 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight on average. Don't forget to get enough rest and adequate sleep! Now about the beautiful and very pleasant: what "cosmetic" you can please yourself with, says the cosmetologist, dermatovenerologist of the clinic "Premium Aesthetics" Maria Koldasheva.
First day. Pay attention to cleansing your skin. Do any exfoliation treatments. Any enzymatic peelings or masks are suitable for this: they will prepare the skin for hydration and nutrition. In the evening, apply a nourishing night mask to your face: it should contain ingredients that restore and strengthen the skin's hydrolipidic barrier, such as natural oils. Most masks sit on the face for 20 minutes, although this is not enough time to correct the skin's natural protective barrier. Nourishing masks work more effectively if they are in contact with the skin for a longer time.
Refrain from experimenting: if you have not practiced using night masks before this time, you should not start. All exit means must be tested in advance.
Second day. Pay attention to moisturizing and lifting the skin. For this, alginate algal masks in the form of a powder are suitable (they are diluted with water, applied to the skin, hardened and then removed) and fabric masks (attention ─ 6 fabric masks that will make the skin perfect and 8 ways that will enhance the effect). Alginate is applied to cleansed skin with a skin type serum and kept for 30-40 minutes. The result of the procedure is visible immediately - an even complexion, moisturized and toned skin. Also, alginate masks cope well with paint bags and bruises under the eyes ─ due to the compression created. But patches under the eyes also work well with this problem: they also create compression and moisturize the skin in the lower eyelid area. As a result, bags under the eyes become less noticeable.
An excellent result can be achieved using fabric moisturizing masks: look for those that contain hyaluronic acid. Masks with a lot of active ingredients can cause fluid retention and swelling.
Note: Pay attention to your hair. The basic rule is not to overload them with home treatments. Do not use masks with heavy components (for example, oils) on the eve of a significant event. These components are very difficult to wash off the hair. If you can't do it ─ the curls will either look dry, due to the use of a lot of shampoo, or dirty. It will be problematic to style them into your hair. Use your usual hair cosmetics, light balms and masks, as well as leave-in styling products.
In the clinic
First day. A visit to a beautician should go under the sign of cleansing. After peeling, it is good to apply serum and cream on the face according to skin type. Any moisturizing care is considered universal. You can also do non-traumatic cleaning with cosmetics, thanks to which it is possible to successfully "evacuate" the contents of inflammation on the skin of the face (but you definitely shouldn't squeeze out acne).
Second day. It is good to do moisturizing treatments. A great option is a Japanese massage with a mask or serum. Thanks to the effect of bioporation (needleless mesotherapy), the active substances of the cosmetic product will be able to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin, which cannot be achieved at home. For the procedure, a gel or sheet mask can be used ─ the effect will last for two to three days.
Note: be careful with injections. Many people plan injecting procedures on the eve of an important event, but there are a couple of nuances here. For example, injecting Botox is simply pointless: the final effect of the procedure will be noticeable in a couple of weeks. But contour plastic can be done, only not in the classical way (otherwise there is a risk of bruising), but with the help of a horse. So you can correct the lower third of the face: nasolabial folds, cheekbones, nasolacrimal grooves. Puffiness from punctures will subside on the second day and it will be possible to evaluate the initial result (the final one will appear in a couple of weeks).
