Fitness includes three categories of participants: those who like to move, who want to correct or transform their figure and … "adrenaline-gourmet". For the latter, the inventive human mind has already come up with a number of fitness programs that will surprise the most fastidious seeker of unusual sensations in a regular gym and beyond.
1. Fitness on the trapezoid (Jukari Fit to Fly)
This innovation in the fitness universe emerged in 2008 as a result of an unusual collaboration: the Reebok brand and Cirque du Soleil. The program was aimed at women from the very beginning. In the year it entered the world market, the top model Bar Refaeli became its pioneer.

Jukari Fit to Fly is a set of trainings with a FlySet, similar in form and functionality to a circus trapezoid and withstanding a weight of up to 150 kg. The complex includes both traditional classical fitness exercises and the simplest acrobatic tricks. Before its creation, a special study was conducted that showed that the desire of women to work out in the gym was falling due to the fact that training began to seem monotonous and boring. Unsurprisingly, the artistic fitness alternative to the music of Cirque du Soleil has attracted a huge number of participants around the world, much like the success of the step workout programs.

2. Electrical stimulation
Electromyostimulation (EMS) is a high-tech area of restorative medicine. One 17-minute EMS workout is equal in effect to three trips to a regular gym for an hour and a half each.

The human body is essentially an electrical device. Our brain controls the contraction (tension) and relaxation of muscles through impulses, and the MihBodytec apparatus generates exactly the same impulses, which through a special electrode vest tightly fitting to the body, a belt and soft cuffs on the arms and legs make the muscles work (contract and relax) very much and very intensively - tens of cycles per second (read also: "How to change your body without changing your habits"). At the same time, a person performs simple exercises, creating the maximum possible static stress.
3. Fitness with a stroller (Stroller Fitness)
The ideal fitness option for busy young mothers is a postnatal workout with a stroller. In this version, you can enjoy your favorite open space jogging and strength training without being separated from your baby (it is assumed that the child obediently sits in the stroller and enjoys the fresh air with you).

As you probably guessed, a sports stroller is used in Stroller Fitness instead of the entire arsenal of equipment in the gym, although no one forbids taking a jump rope or body bar with you: it's another matter that even jogging with a stroller in the postnatal period is an unpredictable matter and requires mandatory preliminary consultation with a doctor.

However, if you and your baby decide on active everyday life, we advise you to look for a special stroller for fitness classes: fortunately, today brands offer a wide selection of strollers for lovers of Stroller Fitness and sports motherhood in its initial stages.
4. Body Ballet
Classical choreography is the basis and a good foundation for studying any dance styles. A specific feature of ballet choreography classes is the slow progressive involvement of all body muscles in physical activity. This leads to improved posture and coordination, harmonization of the work of the whole organism.

Body Ballet has established itself as an effective set of exercises aimed at strengthening all superficial and deep muscles, improving posture, developing flexibility and strength, creating inner peace and balance. Another obvious plus: feeling a little, but a ballerina, and learning many ballet positions and even simple but graceful steps - isn't this the best distraction from the dumbbell gym routine?

5. Callanetics
This extraordinary set of gymnastic exercises was developed by American Callan Pinckney in the second half of the 70s. She managed to become a guru in almost everything related to the most various forms of dance and body movement in general. For 11 years, Callan traveled all over the world, and after returning from a trip that had a negative impact on her health, she found that she could no longer exercise as intensely as before. But Callan was unstoppable: Callanetics was born.

The main thing in the program is rhythmic micromovements combined with specially designed body positions in space. True, it will be quite difficult for the unprepared to maintain the Callanetics poses for the required one and a half minutes: in this program, your body will be in constant tension and almost imperceptible movement.
However, its obvious advantage is the rich variety of exercises. Speaking of efficiency, this intense muscle treatment equates to 7 hours of shaping and 24 hours of aerobics. For people with chronic illnesses, it will not be superfluous to consult with your doctor before deciding on a regular visit to the program. Callanetics has a number of contraindications and restrictions: from asthma to varicose veins.

6. Antigravity AIRBarre
Antigravity is a whole range of fitness programs that organically combine elements of acrobatics, yoga and ballet barre. His strong point is the use of a hanging hammock as his main equipment. True, it will not work to relax in it, but to pump the muscles of the body is very even.

AIRBarre, the newest and most beautiful of Antigravity programs, is a harmony of dance and fitness, a combination of dance moves and functional training. The exercises, as well as their names, are borrowed from classical ballet, and the hammock, which is usual for such a training, acts as a ballet machine.

Antigravity AIRBarre develops balance, coordination and gives the body a beautiful shape thanks to stretching and toning exercises throughout the workout. Unlike many other dance programs, this direction is available to everyone, regardless of whether he had a dance past or not.
