Still - two liters of water seem to be almost impossible in volume, and, nevertheless, drinking two liters or even more is quite possible. The fact is that our body is 70% water, that is, liquid for us is an integral substance, and dehydration threatens with very severe consequences.

While life-giving moisture enriches the body, cleanses the internal organs, fights edema (the main signs of dehydration), removes toxins, and also has an extremely beneficial effect on the external state of our body - it promotes weight loss and clean, radiant skin. All the magical properties of water will become available to those who learn to drink it correctly and in the right quantities.

Habit

According to various studies, the habit appears within twenty-one to thirty days, that is, you have a conditional month to learn how to consume water correctly. The first question is, how do you secure that habit? To do this, you need to complete a few simple steps.

For example, try to associate drinking with a daily activity. Thus, you can train yourself to drink a glass of water immediately after waking up, as soon as you turn on the computer at work or are going on a lunch break. Let your water use be linked to the point events of everyday life. Do not forget that you cannot sit down at the table without water, let a decanter of water (this applies to the time you spend at home) or a bottle always stand in sight. True, nutritionists do not recommend drinking food: this interferes with the proper assimilation of food, so after pouring yourself water, put the glass away from you during the meal and empty it at the end of it.

Replacement

As paradoxical as it may sound, many of us are not accustomed to drinking water at all. We replace it with anything - juices (read also: "Juice cleansing: the main mistakes and how to fix them"), tea, coffee or any other drinks. Such a substitution is fundamentally wrong. However, it will not be easy for you to switch to water right away, moreover, it can even harm the body.

You should follow the path of gradual replacement: mix fifty-fifty water and your favorite juice in a blender (it doesn't matter if it is orange fresh juice or strawberry nectar), believe me, you will practically not feel the difference, but you will bring significant benefits to your body. Increase your water intake every day, so it will be much easier for your body to adjust to the new regimen.

Availability

Another important aspect is that water must always be available. Otherwise, if you need to go to a store for a bottle, for example, you will find a thousand excuses to postpone shopping, prefer to drink tea or coffee, which does not at all replace the most ordinary water. So get a cooler at home.

And for greater effect, place decanters of water both in the kitchen and in the rooms - now even if you are overcome by laziness, you won't have to go far and you will no longer have reasons to skip drinking. As for the time spent in the office, for this case you need to get a small bottle, which should always be in your nightstand or drawer - this is at your discretion.

Taste

At first glance, it may seem that all types of water have the same taste. In fact, this is not at all the case: filtered water is much more fresh than boiled water, spring water has an unusual taste with sourness, and carbonated water is slightly salty. Of course, the tastes of water do not differ at all as clearly as, say, tea tastes, but, nevertheless, there is still a difference.

If, even after re-tasting, the water still doesn't taste good to you, try another solution. For example, you can add a slice of lemon to the water (see also: "9 reasons to start drinking lemon water"). Such a cocktail will not affect your figure in any way, but it will not affect the taste. You can do the same with mint, grapefruit or orange, the main thing to remember: there should be no sugar in the water, otherwise your weight loss will turn into useless entertainment.

If, due to a frantic rhythm, you are still afraid to forget to drink water as often as you need it, use modern technology, fortunately - today there is plenty of it. There is a huge variety of applications for all tastes that will diligently remind you of your water. And if you have no time to download practically useless "toys", just set an alarm clock on your phone that will ring at intervals of one hour: after all, in order to have time to drink the required amount of water in a day, you need to use it every hour.
