My personal immersion in Korean cosmetics started a long time ago. Indifferent to snails in life (and in cooking), for some reason I immediately and unconditionally believed in their cosmetic power. Mucin - the secret of a snail - entered my everyday life in the form of creams, serums and masks. Then began a long, on the verge of endless, washing, inspired by multi-stage Asian rituals, and the hunt for BB-creams. The last hobby is masks. My rare forays from under their cover led to the fact that some family members did not immediately recognize me by sight. In short, a trip to Seoul with the most famous Korean brand in Russia, Dr. Jart +, I deserve you!
Beautihol's dream

"Asian women use about 10-12 products in their daily skin care," CEO Dr. Jart + Leo Lee. He himself could well serve as a visual illustration of the achievements of K-beauty. Perfect skin without a single wrinkle, no less ideal facial contours, subtle traces of well-performed aesthetic manipulations (see also: “Aesthetic osteopathy: how to replace botox and hyaluronic acid”). It is immediately clear - the person knows what he is talking about. “It seems to me that Koreans have a certain DNA that is capable of accepting high technologies,” Mr. Lee continued, meanwhile. "We closely follow what is happening in European countries, we take the best from there, process it based on our own knowledge and create unique products."
Scientists Dr. Jart + predicts a great future for masks. Why buy a cream when you can buy many masks for different problems and use them based on your current skin condition?

The beauty shops in Seoul amaze the imagination of even a well-trained beauty golfer like me. Size, scope, assortment and brilliance go beyond the boundaries of the richest imagination. This is a Disneyland for adults, very beautiful girls and boys. Moreover, there are a huge number of stands for the strong half of humanity. Since Dr. Jart + is a respected and popular brand, it is not only represented in all chains, but also has its own flagship boutique in Gangnam-gu - the most fashionable area of Seoul. This space is called Filter Space. On several floors, all the brand's cosmetic products are presented and many interesting activities are held: training, testing products, art collaborations.
My own dermatologist

Dr. Jart + was created by a professional dermatologist and strives to proudly carry the title of "dermatological". All formulas of funds are not only safe and have been tested and rechecked a million times, but also very effective. The most famous brand products around the world are fabric masks (see also: “8 ways to enhance the effect of a fabric mask”), which can solve various problems - from moisturizing to lifting the skin. But my personal discovery was the anti-stress night mask with Centella asiatica extract from the Cicapair range. It is applied to the cream (no, I did not make a reservation - “on the cream”) and seals the active ingredients all night, enhancing their effect. In the morning, the skin is like a baby! Another invention of Dr. Jart + - Rubber Mask alginate masks, which previously could only be found in salons.

The philosophy of the Dr. Jart + is a union of science and art. Each package is a small masterpiece

Alginates are polysaccharides found in seaweed and prized for their moisturizing properties (they attract nearly 300 times more water than they weigh). Previously, cosmetologists mixed them with water just before applying on the face, but with the Rubber Mask everything has become much easier: apply a serum on the face and then cover it with a base for 30-40 minutes. Everything holds up perfectly and definitely improves the appearance and condition of the skin. But the scientists decided not to stop there and created full-fledged alginate masks for home use Shake & Shot. You can literally play "your own dermatologist" with them: take a funny glass, there are two sachets in one - an active alginate mixture in one, and serum in the other - you mix it all and apply it on your face, and then you amaze others with your beauty. Such is the small Korean revolution.
