Any beautician will advise you to be as natural as possible on summer days. It was at this time that skin problems that did not remind of themselves in winter can cause a lot of inconvenience to your face. High temperatures trigger full sweating and enlarge the pores of the skin, and this together leads to numerous breakouts. Not surprisingly, sweat contains not only water, but everything that your body needs to get rid of, that is, toxins.
Now think about how the skin of the face suffers when you force it to experience the full brunt of a full-fledged make-up on a hot summer day. In this case, the chemical processes in your dermis are more like volcanic activity: the pores become clogged, which leads to disruption of cellular respiration and the appearance of new and new imperfections. In fact, it is close to acne.

Of course, the total natural option is not always possible during the summer season: during this time of year, you continue to attend formal events, parties, meeting with friends and more. Well, how can you do without an even tone of face and an expressive look if you have not yet had time to get a tan? To be or not to be makeup in the summer? Our answer is to be, with only a few nuances that will help maintain skin health and beauty. Which ones - says Anna Shimkova, the leading make-up artist of Lancôme.
It all starts with leaving
There is one main rule here: all funds must be aimed at moisturizing, and their textures become lighter. If you continue to use products with dense textures, then during the day you will experience discomfort from the appearance of sebum, which will be quite difficult to remove - here tonal products and powders are unlikely to help you. And even if you decide to "block" the oily sheen, too many layers of cosmetics will form on your skin. That is why one piece of advice: be lighter in your make-up habits.

Foundation
Foundation, again, should be light, loose, because otherwise the skin will be equally uncomfortable with clogged pores. If your skin is prone to oily it is ideal to use a mattifying powder or a light mattifying tone. If your skin is prone to dryness, fluids and BB creams are an excellent solution, as they will correct skin imperfections, but at the same time feel as fresh and natural on the skin as possible.

Lipstick
In autumn and winter, we mainly use muted, neutral shades: when it's gray outside, this is the best option. In summer, when the sun is shining with might and main, you can safely move on to berry, watermelon, juicy coral flowers. If you focus on what Pantone has chosen as Living Coral's color of the year, then you can play with any of its shades.

Shadows
It's also best to switch to the bright side of the color palette here. If you have a tendency to greasy eyelids or the shadows just roll, then in the summer you should either switch to waterproof textures or use a base.
Carcasses
The same applies to mascara (see also: "How to choose mascara by type of eyelashes") - it is not necessary that they are waterproof, it is enough that they are moisture resistant. And yes, you can safely move away from the classic black and brown mascaras and fall in love with blue, pink or green.

A tan

Sometimes for the whole summer it is not possible to get a chocolate skin tone. In order to correct this oversight, you can use either bronzers (see also: "The effect of tanning: how to use a bronzer for the face"), or light powders, which are a shade darker than the skin of the body. Apply to the entire face and neck or to specific areas (dry sculpting).
Remember - it is very important not to overdo it with structure and texture, because if you apply too thick a layer of the product, the skin will be uncomfortable. All means should be lightweight. Moreover, the main trend of this summer's summer make-up is light, transparent and radiant skin from the inside.
