In summer, procedures with aggressive effects on the skin are not recommended: laser resurfacing, phototherapy, most peelings. They can provoke an increased sensitivity of the skin to the sun, the appearance of age spots and severe irritation. However, this does not mean that you need to completely abandon anti-aging cosmetology sessions.
At the beginning of summer, Botox injections are in great demand, which prevent the appearance of expression lines. In the sun, we often squint, and therefore, if we do not prepare in advance, by the end of the rest, new wrinkles appear on our face. By the way, botulinum toxin also solves the problem of excessive sweating - i.e. treats hyperhidrosis in the armpits, palms and feet.
From hardware procedures, you can do ultrasonic lifting at the SMAS level two weeks before the vacation and ten days after. It will provide powerful skin tightening and increase its elasticity (suitable for both the face and problem areas of the body).
Constant exposure to sunlight, sea water, hot and dry wind dry out the skin of the face. With this in mind, I prescribe a biorevitalization, plasma therapy or mesotherapy procedure a week or two before the trip. All of them improve the quality of the skin, make it fresh and radiant, but we choose a specific method and preparation based on your individual needs - hydration, nutrition, anti-aging, etc. Since not only the face suffers from exposure to the sun, but also the neck, décolleté and hands, we make the same injections for these areas. A week after returning from vacation, we repeat the procedure.
