Fasting days will help you to return weight to normal and maintain balance in the body. Such days involve severe restrictions, for example, you can reduce the total calorie content of the daily diet as much as possible, or even limit yourself to one product. In this case, apples, kefir or buckwheat are perfect for you.
Sport

If sports training has become the main way of losing weight for you, then after reaching ideal forms, do not rush to throw your subscription to the gym. True, now you need not so much intensity as regularity. Simply put, your body must be constantly in good shape, do not allow yourself to relax. Otherwise, the lost kilograms risk returning in excess. The main thing is to find the kind of sport that really brings you pleasure - training should not turn into hard labor. If exercise machines already disgust you, try horseback riding or swimming.
Limiting carbohydrates
Finally, the happy moment has come when you can again afford a chocolate bar or even a piece of cake. However, you should be most careful with desserts: try to eat high-calorie foods for breakfast, then the body has every opportunity to process junk food until evening. Also watch out for portions - your cake should be tiny, unfortunately, most likely, you will have to forget about eclairs forever. As for slow carbs, they can be carried over to lunch or even dinner. But remember, carbohydrates and fats are the main enemy of your new body. So, for example, leave porridge with butter or pasta and cheese, even whole grains, for breakfast.
Fractional nutrition

Surely, during the diet, you limited not only portion sizes, but also the number of meals. Now that the main "mockery" of the body has ended, it is quite possible to increase the portions, as well as dilute dinners and breakfasts with afternoon tea and lunch, which, by the way, contributes to a good metabolism. True, here you need not lose your head - to overeat or, on the contrary, to refuse food is not at all worth it. The fact is that in our body there is a so-called panic button, let's call it conditionally "war", and as soon as you deprive yourself of food, your brain immediately stops losing fat cells, assuming that a war has begun, hunger, and therefore subcutaneous stocks need to be saved. Frequent meals in small portions are called fractional meals. This method makes the body understand that food is flowing smoothly, and, therefore,there is no point in storing supplies on the sides and hips.
Refusal of alcohol
As you know, sweet wines, and especially a variety of liqueurs, are much more high-calorie and dangerous for the figure than the same chocolate, so if you immediately give up alcoholic sweets, you have every chance to maintain ideal shape. As for spirits, they, practically devoid of calories, have another dangerous property - to dull attention and exacerbate the feeling of hunger, so you can not restrain yourself and "eat up" a lot of excess. If you still need a glass of alcohol from time to time for emotional relaxation, choose dry red wines.
Calorie balance

To maintain weight after losing weight, you need to consume as many calories per day as you burn during your daily activities or regular exercise. The fact is that if you consume a large number of calories and are unable to burn them, willy-nilly you will regain the lost weight again. Now that you are so hard at achieving your desired weight on the scale, add about 200 calories per week to your diet. And if you continue to lose weight, gradually increase the number of these calories until you are sure that you are maintaining your weight at the same level, and not losing or gaining pounds.
