When the incredible rhythm of life captures and it is not possible to plan absolutely everything, we seem to transform into an inept juggler, from whom every now and then a ball or two strives to fall. Of course, proper care becomes an optional concern - multimasking, two-stage cleansing and an evening spa-bath for hands are postponed indefinitely. And yet, in caring for the skin of the face and body, one should at least revise these 8 key beauty mistakes:
1. You do not thoroughly cleanse your skin
We have already written quite a lot about how to properly carry out the procedure for everyday cleansing. (Read also: "From a clean face: how to properly cleanse the skin in summer.") At the same time, either because of the abundance of advice in the innumerable resources, in which one can easily get confused, or because of our frivolous approach, we now and then neglect this ritual as old as the world. As a result: the skin is dehydrated, has acquired a dull look, inflammation appeared on it, and the pores are clogged; the skin has lost its elasticity over time and wrinkled ahead of time.

Cleansers pave the way for beautiful skin: they remove dirt and makeup residues, preparing the skin for subsequent care, and some products even soothe, nourish and moisturize it.
2. Go to bed without washing off your makeup
This is the point, as they say, "I don't want to go through." There are too many negative consequences from this beauty mistake, but there is no justification. So, in addition to the above troubles, decorative means will interfere with the skin "breathe" and recover at night. As for eye makeup remover, of course, it should be carried out only with products intended for this. If you periodically fall asleep with the ballast of decorative cosmetics, eyelashes will noticeably lose in quality and quantity, in addition, the products are likely to fall on the mucous membrane and from there to the follicles, which can cause eye infections.
3. Neglect SPF, IPD and PPD
Be sure to check that your product is protecting against both UVB and UVA rays. A little theory: UVA rays are active all the time, regardless of the weather and climate. By the way, they not only add sunburn to our skin, but are also one of the reasons for the formation of free radicals. UVB rays are the medium wavelengths of ultraviolet radiation that are most active from 10 am to 4 pm. The damage from them is immediately noticeable: it is sunburn.

So, SPF filters only protect against UVB rays (most sunscreens with SPF), while IPD and PPD filters protect against UVA rays. Be sure to make sure your product includes all of these filters.
4. Exfoliate too often
After the peeling procedure (both in the salon and at home), the skin needs time to recover. If you do not give it to her, the top layer will become thinner, which will lead to dryness and a state of excessive sensitivity as a reaction to all stimuli (even tap water can act as a so-called irritant when you wash your face with it). We also note: the passion for peels leads to premature aging.
5. Use the wrong products when you have sensitive skin
This further aggravates the situation. Let us recall that sensitive skin is not a type as such, but a condition at a particular moment. Less commonly, genetic predisposition. (Read also: “How to Care for Sensitive Skin Really.”) When caring for your sensitive skin, use only appropriate beauty products. The ingredients in their composition cool, soothe and moisturize the skin surface.
6. Apply in the wrong order

This error can affect the recoil, impairing the effectiveness of even a serum or moisturizer. Also, if you, for example, apply a base of makeup and don't give it 5 minutes to set, your foundation is likely to roll off. You can read about all the "ifs" and their logical consequences here: "In what order do you actually apply the products for the face." We recommend that you make sure you are doing everything right.
7. Sleep little and don't drink enough water
Another habit from the category "for tomorrow". So, a sufficient intake of water allows the skin to be hydrated to the required degree, which means that you will not face a premature loss of its elasticity. We are already silent about all the other advantages, which you have probably heard about a great many times.
8. You are eating improperly
Healthy food helps the body function, and of course, it helps our largest organ, the skin. For example, foods high in saturated fats and trans fats can increase the oily skin and provoke breakouts. The passion for healthy eating is the cornerstone of your face and body care.
