“Recently I was surprised to learn that there is still henna coloring in the salon. I love everything natural, but I'm not sure that henna lasts long and looks modern. Please tell us more about this."

Expert's answer:
For many centuries, mankind has been using a natural dye - henna - and loves it for its bright color and obvious benefits for hair, proven by long experience. If we delve a little into the theoretical part of the question, then henna is a crushed powder obtained from the lawsonia plant growing in the hot climate of Africa and the Middle East. This plant is famous for the fact that it contains a natural dye tannin and has a number of beneficial properties - it helps in the treatment of skin diseases, wounds, burns, and is used to combat excessive sweating. As for hair, henna not only gives it a beautiful shade, but also heals dandruff, strengthens its structure, nourishes, improves growth and even adds volume.
As a master who has been working with henna dyeing for many years, I can say that the shade and color that this dye conveys is individual for each person. We need to forget the myth that henna staining is always and only a red color. In the salons of Aldo Copppol, we paint Infusion Elements. These are professional cocktails that contain vegetable oils and fruit acids, which are mixed with powder from different parts of the lawsonia. Thanks to the action of the exclusive Leni complex - a mixture of soothing herbs that are rich in sugars, vitamin E and proteins - henna has an intense restructuring effect. As a result, with the help of Infusion Elements, you can get more than thirty shades: from blond to dark chocolate. I emphasize once again that each mixture is compiled individually, taking into account the structure of the hair, the original color and previously used dyes.
I do not recommend doing henna staining at home, since in order to avoid unwanted reddishness (and sometimes the appearance of green shades) it is very important to achieve the correct consistency of the mixture, correctly determine the exposure time and add additional care that will help wash out the dye residues, remove the herbal smell characteristic of henna and consolidate the result. I must warn you that henna is a dye that is practically not washed out and is not painted over with other paints. Therefore, the result should immediately be as close to ideal as possible.
By the way, now, after such a lingering fashion for blond, Europe is gradually returning to a single color, slightly diluted with delicate nuances. And henna helps a lot in this: with its participation, the color turns out to be very natural and at the same time very rich.
