Tanning too much

What to do: First wash off this creepy color. Scrubs and whitening masks will help you. If you still decide to use a self-tanner, then apply it only on the body, it is better not to touch your face. You can brown your cheeks with the right shade of bronzer, it should be chosen with the same care as your foundation. The color should be at most a couple of tones brighter than your natural color and go into gold, not yellow.
Unnatural eyebrows
At the moment when eyebrows came to the fore and are now rightfully considered the main accent on the face and almost the main accessory in the whole image, the number of girls of all ages painting black forest bushes above their eyes, despite the fact that their appearance allows only hint at the presence of these very eyebrows, has grown to catastrophic proportions. Graphic, thick, almost Brezhnev - they are not for everyone.
What to do: go to a brow-bar, where they will pick up the correct shape for you and pluck out everything unnecessary, or, conversely, add (or increase) what is missing. Know when to stop, otherwise you will be misunderstood, considering overly thick eyebrows not as a tribute to fashion, but as bad taste.
Artificial eyelashes, lips, teeth, hair
It is great if you know the weaknesses of your appearance and methodically correct them, bringing to perfection what was not given to such people by nature. It doesn't matter for an employer whether you naturally have plump lips or not, whether real eyelashes or their thickness goes away with makeup, it is important for him to understand that you are able to adequately look at things and assess the situation sensibly. In addition, in our society, stereotypes about "dim-witted" girls with pollice-like lips and fan-shaped eyelashes still run the show - in this case, your bright appearance can play into the hands of other, less remarkable, applicants applying for an interesting job or position.
What to do: ask a loved one, but better than a professional, to adequately assess the degree of naturalness of your tuning. If anything immediately catches the eye with its unnaturalness, down with it.
Dirty hair
Perhaps this is the biggest puncture that can only be made. Think dirty hair is just dirty hair? No, the employer will regard them unequivocally and not in your favor: if she doesn’t strive to look neat at work, it means that it doesn’t matter to her, it means that she is not interested in work, then … Next!

Bright makeup
Bright lips, dark eyes, blush like in "Frost" and cheekbones more tough than that of Kim Kardashian - in this form you can go to a party (but better not), but definitely not to the office. As a rule, in a work environment, this look does not cause the slightest sympathy, even if you do not have a strict dress code in your office.
What to do: Rinse off all that makeup and pay attention to pastel and natural shades. Milk, gold, beige, chestnut and further down the list. Makeup in the nude style, by the way, is also welcome, the only thing, keep in mind that after all, the face should not be too "naked". Let there be mascara on the eyelashes, a barely noticeable blush on the cheeks, and lipstick on the lips of a pleasant shade.
Acrylic nails
We, of course, believe that no one else makes them, and everyone has already switched to a pleasant mini-length, but it would be wrong not to say about this mistake. Well, don't do that. Never. Long nails with a shovel, and even the color of the blood of an innocent baby do not paint anyone and scare others away.
What to do: go to a good salon, where they will remove this disgrace and then give your nails a righteous look. By the way, if you have short marigolds, then you can paint them in any color you like.
