To prevent this from happening, together with Maya Zhmareva, a cosmetologist at the Austrian health center VerbMayr, we figured out which beauty habits must enter your life in the coming year.
1. Detox
Cleansing the body of toxins that accumulate in our body due to life in busy and polluted metropolitan areas is an important step in maintaining beauty and youth. Detoxing must be carried out under the strict supervision of a physician if you want to achieve noticeable and long-term results, restore the functioning of the digestive system, intestines, restore the beauty and radiance of the skin, and also lose extra pounds.

2. Procedures for body modeling
Often, in the pursuit of a perfect body, we throw all our strength exclusively into sports and diets. However, modern medicine has long been offering a large number of procedures that help in achieving the intended goal.
