We must not forget that porridge without butter, sugar, salt and milk really cannot do any harm to your figure, but oatmeal on water, to be honest, does not please with its taste at all, so we dilute the healthy product with jam, condensed milk and other pleasant elements that can ease our suffering when eating unleavened porridge. All of these supplements bring extra calories with them to the meal originally intended to be dietary. It turns out that you can still spoil porridge with butter. And the portions eaten are often much larger than necessary. You need to eat about half a glass of oatmeal at a time, and if the thought of unleavened porridge still makes you horrified and disgusted, try additives such as cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, and nutmeg. However, some fresh berries won't hurt either.
Nuts are rightfully considered the most delicious and satisfying snack, but are they really that good? We do not call for giving up nuts completely, because they are just a storehouse of useful substances: proteins, fatty acids, fiber, vitamin E, as well as fats necessary for the cardiovascular system. It would seem, what harm can be from such a miracle of nature? In fact, everything is very simple: nuts contain almost more calories than milk chocolate. In addition, about 80% of the nut is fat. So, say, thirty grams of nuts (that's just one tablespoon) contains between one hundred and two hundred calories. That is, a handful or two of pistachios, and consider that you have eaten a whole bar of chocolate at one time - 600 calories!
This product has long and firmly taken a leading position in our diet. Still - constant advertising that lies in wait for us everywhere, does its job: we unconditionally believe in the benefits of a variety of instant cereals and sweet muesli. However, stop! They're still sweet! Do not forget that in addition to such healthy grains, breakfast cereals contain quite a lot of chocolate, raisins and other very high-calorie foods. Also, do not forget that manufacturers often add sugar or its substitute to muesli in excess, not caring at all about your forms, because sugar, invisible to the eye and almost imperceptible to the taste, makes our favorite breakfast cereals almost dessert.
It would seem that scientists have long proven that dark chocolate is an excellent assistant on the way to an ideal figure, besides, it lowers cholesterol, that is, it is quite beneficial for the heart, improves hair structure, has a positive effect on the skin of the face and improves mood. However, as you know, absolutely healthy products simply do not exist, so you should not, justifying yourself by the need to "help the body", lean too heavily on the delicacy (especially in the evenings). Firstly, chocolate is delicious, so getting carried away with it in earnest and eating much more than you need is very easy, in addition, it contains a large amount of sugar and fat. And if you consume unmeasured quantities of sugar and fats, then there is a great risk of earning yourself not only obesity, but also diabetes.
Here's what harm could be thought of in the last place: not only are the fruits for the most part incredibly tasty, they are also hearty and non-nutritious, which means that they can harmlessly satisfy hunger during a diet. Note that when low in calories, fruits tend to be high in antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber, which can help increase resistance to viral diseases. However, such dietary products as fruits also carry a certain danger, the fact is that they contain a large amount of fruit sugar (fructose), which is better not to be abused, like any other type of this substance. It turns out that in order to digest fruit, the body needs to produce insulin. Of course, the amount will be required much less than when processing ordinary sugar, but it is still necessary. Changes in the volume of sugar in the blood may well be caused by cellular inflammation, which in the future will cause the development of various diseases and even premature aging.
