Chocolate is arguably the best dietary antidepressant among other sugar content. This delicacy is capable of activating the brain, energizing for the whole day and even strengthening the immune system. Chocolate is a source of endorphins, or in other words, hormones of joy. That is why many of us are accustomed to “seize” a good mood with chocolate, because the mood really improves from it. True, we recommend that you pay attention to the dark appearance of the product, firstly, it contains practically no sugar, and secondly, dark chocolate is closest to a product of natural origin ─ cocoa beans, which are the main carriers of the magic hormone.
Become an excellent student

Of course, we are not talking about a real feeling of horror, but a slight fear does not hurt at all. To do this, it will be enough to watch a horror movie, go to the fear room, or, in case you are afraid of rodents, look into the pet store. All this will provoke a double surge of endorphins. As a last resort, if you are not surprised by horror stories, take up extreme sports, although this kind of activity should also be approached wisely and not rushed into the pool with your head. The main thing is not to succumb to the negative news that is poured on us every day from TV and social networks ─ such nightmares do not contribute to a good mood, but on the contrary, can push us towards depressive moods.
Play games

It turns out that playing in the company of completely different people also contributes to a good mood. Surprisingly, after just a few minutes of playing, say, in "Mafia", you will imperceptibly cheer up for yourself, and soon you will finally come into a wonderful mood. For training the endorphin system, entertainment that you have forgotten since the days of your carefree childhood is perfect: play hide and seek, play forfeits, catch up - such leisure will not only return positive thinking to you, but also plunge into childhood memories, which were probably much more radiant than adult present.
Get a pet

As you know, pets are the best doctors. Communication with them decreases blood pressure, calms down anxiety, and also relieves any kind of heart suffering. Homebody beauties have healing properties to a much greater extent than other pets. Cats are a kind of pain reliever, they help fight migraines and strengthen the immune system. Pet your pet and the mood will improve by itself.
