
As the latest studies show, meteorological dependence is nothing more than an inheritance inherited from our distant ancestors. The fact is that in ancient times, when no one had heard of forecasters yet, people determined the approaching weather changes by their own well-being, and thus could learn about the approach of a hurricane, flood and any other natural disasters. As for the physiological process directly, doctors explain the meteorological dependence as follows: the body, on the eve of large-scale changes, simply simply rebuilds all its functions, preparing, for example, for frost or heat.

Meteorological dependence: myth or reality
People with various chronic diseases, from arthritis to vascular dystonia, are especially susceptible to meteorological dependence, moreover, there is even a kind of nervous disorder that manifests itself only in connection with weather changes, the so-called meteoneurosis. It manifests itself, first of all, in the form of increased irritability, and sometimes depression, however, such cases have been recorded very few, although the state of despondency and depression is a true companion of this type of neurosis. At the same time, it is worth paying attention to the fact that serious failures in the work of the body still do not occur, that is, meteoneurosis cannot be called a disease in the full sense of this word. True, sometimes a feeling of slight envy of the French,in whom a bad mood is already a reason to take sick leave (in France, depression in its mildest form is considered a serious illness and a reason for a break in work), arises. But with nervous disorders due to sudden changes in air temperature, sleep may be disturbed, headaches appear or appetite decreases. That is, meteorological dependence is not at all whims, as the lucky ones who do not suffer from it are accustomed to believe, but a real problem, which is often not easy to cope with. Physical activity
And again, as in many other problem cases, sport comes to the rescue. So if meteorological dependence haunts you, it's time to go to the gym, although it is better to refuse strength training - after all, our task is not to exhaust the body to a state of exhaustion, but, on the contrary, to help it restore the lost energy.
This can also include hardening. Despite conflicting opinions about cold douches, ice water can still tone your body, both inside and outside. True, you should not start the wellness procedure right away, then instead of clear thoughts, you run the risk of earning a real cold. Try to start with a contrast shower - such an endurance exercise will not only restore your blood vessels, but will also be an excellent prevention of varicose veins of the legs.
We advise you to be outdoors more often - walking is an effective replacement for the gym.

Food
First of all, try to stop drinking large amounts of caffeine - coffee has a bad effect on blood vessels, and, despite the widespread myth that it is the best fighter against migraines, it can only aggravate the discomfort. So, since now we are equipped with the latest technology and can learn about weather changes at least a few days in advance, it is quite possible to limit ourselves to some products for a difficult period.
Instead of coffee, get used to drinking strong and very sweet tea, it relieves dizziness, and add more foods rich in calcium, magnesium and fatty acids to your menu: these substances reduce blood pressure, help alleviate headaches and aching bones. It is also worth turning the removal to fruits and vegetables, they are high in fiber and natural salicylates (chemicals found in products of natural origin and are similar in composition to aspirin), which reduce the risk of developing a heart attack and help withstand magnetic storms.

Relaxation
The need for a long rest in weather-dependent is not an invention at all. True, this does not mean at all that you can afford to spend the whole day in bed wrapped in a blanket, alas, such a pastime is an unaffordable luxury, but it is quite possible to reduce daily activity during seizures. If a migraine has entered its domain, it is too late to engage in such prevention as sports or proper nutrition - on the contrary, excessive physical exertion can only aggravate the situation. Instead of a daily workout, you can organize yourself a relaxing bath with the addition of chamomile extract or any other medicinal herbs to promote overall relaxation.
