Most people believe that the health of hair depends on well-chosen care products, the effects of weather and the season. Of course, these factors are important, but the beauty of hair depends not only on them.

There is one simple truth that many people forget or do not realize: the quality of hair is primarily an indicator of your health. Therefore, if their appearance does not suit you, stop spending money on "miraculous means" and take care of your health.

It is important to know about the three components of human health:

  • Mechanics
  • Biochemistry: poor nutrition, parasites, lack of vitamins and trace elements
  • Psycho-emotional component: stress, depression

All of the above factors affect hair quality and growth. Imagine that the hair is just grass. In order for it not to fade, it needs to be watered. "Water" is our arterial blood, which carries nutrients to the hair follicles through the vessels ("hoses"). There is also a “leg” that crushes the “hose” and does not allow the entire volume of water to flow to the “grass”.

In our case, the "leg" is a consequence of birth and acquired injuries, which lead to displacement of the bones of the skull, cause tension in the meninges. The displaced bones constrict blood vessels, disrupting normal blood flow.

Pay attention to where the head begins to go bald faster. Most often this is the crown and the sides of the forehead (above the temples). Why is this happening? The course of the arteries that feed the lateral parts of the forehead is more difficult, as they exit from the cranial cavity. When the position of the bones of the skull changes, which occurs as a result of injuries, when the meninges are pulled, the arteries running along the front surface of the forehead to the scalp narrow, and this affects the amount of blood that goes to the hair follicles (read also: "Hair to the hair: how to stop baldness").

When we restore blood flow, the quality of the hair changes. And quite often, after osteopathic treatment and work with the consequences of trauma, patients pay attention to improving hair growth, to changing their appearance. And this is a sign of the influence of changes in the blood supply to the scalp, because the amount of vitamins and trace elements in the blood does not change from treatment.

If you have hair problems, look for associated symptoms such as neck pain, headaches, nasal congestion, chronic runny nose, facial swelling, and dark circles under the eyes. These can all be signs of injury.

To improve the condition of the hair, it is necessary to work out the mechanical aspect. If you add biochemistry to it - to eliminate the deficiency of vitamins and minerals - you will get a gorgeous result. First of all, do not forget to visit an endocrinologist, nutritionist, to get a complete picture of the internal state of your body. But for "mechanics" you need to contact an osteopath. Experts in this area recommend doing some simple exercises that can release the vessels in the neck and improve blood flow to the scalp. They are easy to do at home, so they will come in handy during the period of self-isolation.

Exercise "Spinning Top"

With the palm of the right hand, we strongly pinch ourselves on the left shoulder, or rather, the trapezius muscles of the shoulder. We do it strongly, intensely. Painful sensations during execution are normal. Now the left hand is the other shoulder. And then - directly to the neck.

Exercise to stretch the scalp

Another useful exercise allows you to stretch the scalp and increase blood flow to the hair follicles. It is very simple: you have to “pull your hair out”. Grab them with both hands at the very roots and squeeze them firmly. Slowly and smoothly pull your hair in different directions. And in this way, work the entire surface of the head where the hair grows.

Do these exercises regularly and be sure to visit your osteopath and endocrinologist. Watch how the quality of your hair will improve without expensive treatments and treatments.
